My NEGATIVE experience was when I picked up the car from Vlad...My advice to Nissan Downtown - pick somebody else as he is your lasting impression of the dealership and he just felt like a used car salesman and grimy. Quick talker, not personable, & slimy. He kept asking for positive reviews on google over and over and over which is why i'm leaving the negative one of him.

I would work with Fisa and Dave again but never Vlad.

UPDATE:

Adding to my review, there was a recall on my car. Nissan Downtown provided courtesy valet & loaner and it was done with ease.
