I own a 2009 Versa and had a recall notice which I brought to this dealership to get serviced. Very meticulous on schedule appointment. Was late 5min when I arrived and had already received a phone call asking where I was. Phone operator was very courteous and friendly as was the shuttle rider. Shuttle pick up made me wait 30mins and another 10min outside after receiving calls from the shuttle driver. Their service detail included a very interactive web page of your servicing and recommended services. They did push a little for recommended service but were not aggressive and all the while being friendly and courteous. I would recommend this place if you own a Nissan. Versa still drives like a champ.
