I had a very pleasant experience at Nissan Downtown. Nimesh K. was a knowledgable, honest and trustful sales consultant always committed to listen to your needs and provide a good service. Price negotiation with the general manager was fair and I did not have the feeling of being taken for a ride. Delivery of car was fast and the dealership took care of the licensing process and paperwork. I bought some winter tires and mats on top as I was truly pleased by the overall service. I would highly recommend Nissan Downtown, working with Nimesh and the general manager Omar was always professional and pleasant.

He'll smile in your face as you're signing the documents and promise you a free tire swap and then proceed to make you join the #MeToo movement, when you come in for your first servicing. They really know how to service the customer's account, if you know what I mean! This dealership is anti-PC culture, as they're in the business of reinforcing stereotypes, in this case the 'honest' car salesman stereotype... Besides getting screwed and lied to your face, a one-day service can quickly turn into a 3-day nightmare of finding quotes, as it did for me! I

Min did what he could at the end the of the deal the manager Leo was not very polite and need to have more respect for his customers.
Because of him I wouldn't recommend anyone to this dealership.
I would have given it 4 star because of the poor management that took hours to get the deal approved.
