Great staff and brilliant service. My oil change took longer than expected and without me saying anything the Service Associate I was dealing with comped my oil change. I have had my Nissan truck serviced at two other locations before finding Nissan Downtown and these guys are by far the best. One of the best dealer experiences I have had here
