My shipping went from $300 ish to $1900+ USD because MyUS said it couldn't be shipped without a pallet despite it being under their 350 lbs limit required for pallets. Also, despite submitting a merchant invoice prior with the weight and descriptions of the item, it wasn't flagged until after I had created a ship request and the item was in their facility.
Not happy about this whole process, blatant lies and deception. Will never use your service again. I am shipping my item (as I have no other choice) and will cancel my account straight after it is received.

Note, they charge you $15 + $1 per pound of weight (USD) to have someone else collect your item from their facility if you do not ship with them.

Absolute highway robbery.

Sent package to an address that did not exist. Wasted so much time (3 months) and time contacting foreign postal services to try and trace the package. Package tracked but the clients address had been transcribed wrongly and undeliverable. Be vary wary of any company or website proudly displaying this address and using this address as if it is their shop or store front as you will never be able to track the actual store.

Ever since I signed up with MyUS.com, shopping and shipping from US stores have been a breeze. Irrespective of the online store I shop from, I felt that I had much control of the shipments from the time it is received at MyUS and I find this is a great point to consolidate all shipments to save some on international shipping. I found that they are experts in packing as well saving much space in the box.

Like anyone, even I have experienced few days delay in service these days, but I guess that s just temporary due to Covid crisis and should be up & running soon.

I will not beleive they are not scam only if my package is delivered to me. i have paid several dues coz they told me to do so, but i realised that they scam until when they told me to make a payment of 86 dollars for my shipping fee in which i accepted but before i got the money they had increased the shipping fee from 86 dollars to 186 dollars. They said the 100 dollars is for authorization. can you imagine paying 100 dollars for authorization. They do not respond to emails, their own 'Contact MyUS' emails nor their live Chat Now. Its been 4 weeks and its beyond 'we need to catch up'. Very bad experience, finally after 2 days of emails, contact form fills and social media messages, an agent responded to my inquiry.
I just had a phone call from their customer service and it was extremely disappointing.
I was complaining that they charged my card and ship the package to me without any action from my side. From what I understand MyUs USP was "consolidate packaging" and they should ask me or inform me before charging my account the exact amount.
Their explanation was:
That my current membership is the basic one which doesn't support consolidate packaging (that was not clear in the price and packages page) and the really frustrating thing that when i told the agent that it is not clear and i was confused due to poor user experience, while I was explaining that to agent he interrupted me saying "IT IS VERY CLEAR IN THE PRICE PAGE" it felt really unprofessional and kind of rude.
Defiantly going to cancel the account and defiantly not recommended.

As a Canadian who very much appreciates American children clothes, Western clothing, and speciality high quality women's clothing I really value MYUS's service. Their service provides me with an easy address to send the US goods to that can not be ordered from Canada. In addition, and this is a really important fact, MYUS holds and consolidates all my online orders until I am ready to ship them home. This has saved me a great deal of money. In fact its quite amazing at how much. If you look at what shipping to Canada usually costs on Ebay you can see it is often too much when combined with the US/Canadian exchange rates. These are uncertain times, and it is important to me to be careful with how I conduct purchasing goods. PLUS, and this is very important to me from a sustainable perspective, I would rather send one box than seven. It's only logical. Highly recommend MYUS. They have been prompt and fair to deal with.

I use to buy a lot of things on eBay and Amazon then I sent to My own address to MyUS.com

Since 2018 until, I have bought more that 30 articles and all of them reached my home country (Angola) with less that 5 days after MyUS shipped them.

And the shipping cost, it s 80% more economic, image that to ship an iPhone X from US to my country directly cost more than 350$, but with my us, it costs only 67$.

I had a package delivered to their warehouse sept 23. It is lost in their system. I have provided proof of delivery as well as a photo of the packed dropped off at their warehouse by the shipping company. Still unresolved. They aren t responding. Seems like they are making no real attempt to locate my package. Phone calls are currently not being accepted. I can only use their chat feature on the website. Human to human contact has been impossible. I ve emailed, tweeted, used their message system on their website. It s been dismal. Also, my purchase was $2000 and also has a monthly subscription. I had a great experience with Annalisa from the warehouse and Angel from customer service when they helped me with a special request. 10/10 customer service.

They updated the main website but not the "My Account" section, which really needs improvement.

If a package contains a special item, like a battery, you can't select it for shipping right away. You have to contact CS and let them fix it for you, which is annoying to say the least, not to mention that you have to pay a fee for these kind of items.

Overall I think MyUS is a great service with good customer support but they need to improve the account portal and chat availability.

I was a fan of MYUS in the past but since the Pandemic the service is horrible. I understand that delays will occur but I have a package that was delivered on June 20 and 16 days later it still has not posted to my account. I have chatted with 6 Customer Service Reps over the past week and each of them give me a different reason why the package has not posted. Over two weeks and no package posted yet. I am paying for a service and not receiving it!

I have tried both chats, email and calling the company to resolve this matter but unfortunately on the surface the company appears nice but is very flawed. I have hit a wall with my daily correspondence with customer service and they are not being accountable for their faults.

1) Paid for Mail+Premium and was given a mailbox
2) Informed need for Notarized document AFTER I RECEIVED PACKAGES to the warehouse
3) Held packages HOSTAGE and put the account on HOLD. Would not make an exception to let me send out the existing packages as I needed to send it out right away. Said I had to downgrade to another plan in order to send out the packages. Was assured that since notarization would take time it is ok and I can switch back to the original plan after I got the notarization done
4) Paid $50 to notarize their document
5) Said I could not keep the mailbox and they had to assign me another mailbox
6) Again now keeping my packages hostage
7) I have now paid $60 for membership plus $50 for notarization and do not have the mailbox I was promised

Something is really wrong with their standard operating system. I have been in daily conversation with their customer service rep in order to try to resolve this but they seem unwilling. I hope their CEO reads this as this company seems to be set up by former bankers, lawyers or consultants. It is very smartly packaged with lots of add on costs and standard operating procedures. But this is a case where they have messed up and need to improve their procedures so in the future they tell customers the need to notarized and provide the document BEFORE taking their money.

And if they somehow can't incorporate that into their SOP at least they need to allow them to send out the package they already received.

I didn t notice for a while so contacted them and they refunded me and unsubscribed me. They have since re-subscribed me twice more. I ve only just noticed they ve been snakily stealing from me (probably for a very long time but I ve not checked). Not to be trusted. I used their service once and they keep stealing money from my card that they have on file. Terrible business. Terrible people. In competent at best. Untrustworthy at worse.

After 2 successful parcels delivered, in what are trying times, I'm convinced I made the right move. Great customer service and lower costs make buying in the USA and shipping to Australia very affordable. I highly recommend them.

My experience is very bad with MYUS, I was waiting for an urgent packages and I had used FedEx Priority for shipping, the problem is that MYUS took 2 days for package acknowledgement and another 1 day for reviewing merchant invoice then the worst thing they put my account on hold for review and they release it after two days I wasted 5 days due to their poor system to deal with customers, I paid lot of money to ship in 1-4 days but I received by 10 days, so I advice every shopper to look for another service provider

Customer for several years, I must say that this company is an example of professionalism. Never had a single issue about any of my orders. I strongly advise the use of their service.

I must advice that several things must be taken into consideration before ordering in US: first, to know the custom legislation of your country: taxes and vat must be apllied above a certain order valus. Secondly, if you use the transportation company to take care of the custom process, it's service is also charged.

You should order what you are not able to get, in my case, in Europe. My calculation reflects that in general terms all this costs (MYUS+Customs+DHL custom diligencies) mean around 55% of your order. So take this into consideration.

About their service, I can only say well.

MyUS.com offers a much needed, convenient and money saving service to combine all of your online purchases shipped to a US address and pack it all in one package with insurance and tracking. I will be honest, I had an okay first experience. I brought an item online and I requested it to be shipped urgently and it got shipped the next day it arrived at the warehouse. But I am currently having a major problem with the personal shopper and they basically took my money and said my order was complete. Then later tell me it was not available and that they have this "credit" that I have to spend on their site with the amount of money they charged me for my order with. When I filled in the personal shopper request form, I specifically checked the tag "CANCEL IF NOT AVAILABLE" so they have no right to take my money, and then tell me its not available and not giving me a refund.

I have maintained an account for our business with MyUS for several years but now their shipping costs have become ridiculously expensive. For example, I can arrange at my end (Australia) for DHL to collect a consignment from a USA seller with a shipping charge of about 50% of what MyUS charge.
This service is available to anyone from Couriers Please here in Australia, so check it out and save yourself a fortune.
Also, maybe I missed something but now their "premium" account charges US$7.00 per month membership fee - it was free in the past?

Update.... Forget the waffle in the reply from MyUS, bottom line is they advertise "save up to 80% on shipping".
YET, a 2lb package sent via MyUS to Australia costs a minimum US$60.00, but by USPS 1st class mail the cost is only US$23.00.
Sadly they once had a great product but have now priced themselves out of the market

They have been holding my packages for that long without explanation and repeated attempts to contact them by phone and email have gotten no responses. Total lack of customer service. If I ever get my packages, I'm never using this service again.

I am very pleased with the MyUS standard service. Angel is honest and very quick to respond to problems with my package and even trying many times until it was solved and finally now it is shipping. I am now tracking and waiting for the shipment to arrive here in the mideast.

My US were a nightmare from start to finish. I would not recommend using this company at all. I am UK based and below is a list of issues I experienced with them:

*massive delays logging deliveries into the suite and then approving invoices. So you end up getting your items an additional 3 weeks later than you had expected.

*customer service is non-existent. They will send emails saying they are busier then usual - fair enough. But if your busier and making more money - hire more people to help. Don t allow people to continue paying for a terrible service.

*ridiculously high prices, there is no benefit to using this service compared to using the international postage option that retailers have. My postage ended up costing more money overall with my US. And I don t think these prices were made clear when I signed up and started shipping items to my suite.

*annoying mistakes made - when submitting the value of my items to calculate tax and duty that I would be paying when my item reached the UK - myUS included my original postage cost on top of the value of my item - so ended up paying more than I even should have paid. But at this point I waited so long for my invoices to get approved that I just accepted it to get my stuff to the UK and cancel my membership as fast as possible.

*i was offered $20 credit for the delays. But half of the credit disappeared from my account so I never actually used all of it.

*and finally, and most frustratingly - a white item of clothing I had ordered from a US retailer, arrived repackaged in a box with some other items I ordered - and there was what I think is bronzing powder/make up/brown dirt all over the bag. Some of it had gotten inside the plastic and stained my white item of clothing. Raised a complaint. No response. Just a case number. Chased up the complaint, just get given a new case number, no compensation being offered.
