I will be honest, I had an okay first experience. I brought an item online and I requested it to be shipped urgently and it got shipped the next day it arrived at the warehouse. But I am currently having a major problem with the personal shopper and they basically took my money and said my order was complete. Then later tell me it was not available and that they have this "credit" that I have to spend on their site with the amount of money they charged me for my order with. When I filled in the personal shopper request form, I specifically checked the tag "CANCEL IF NOT AVAILABLE" so they have no right to take my money, and then tell me its not available and not giving me a refund.

I will never use this site again!
