Overall good services provided by this company. I received my packages within 2 weeks which makes me very happy as this is my first time shipping from USA . The only complain I have is more work could be done on the communication between customer and customer service. I hope they will continue to evolve and provide better services to customers like myself. The charges are reasonable .
