Very good customer service. Deliveries are usually faster than indicated (even during the covid-19 pandemic).

As of today, october 2nd, I'm changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star. I have made several (more than 5) inquiries for an order that was delivered to MYUS.com on august 18th. As of today, october 2, is is still not logged into my suite. Nobody is responding to my inquiries, telephone and fax are not being accepted. I am very upset and frustrated!
