My US were a nightmare from start to finish. I would not recommend using this company at all. I am UK based and below is a list of issues I experienced with them:

*massive delays logging deliveries into the suite and then approving invoices. So you end up getting your items an additional 3 weeks later than you had expected.

*customer service is non-existent. They will send emails saying they are busier then usual - fair enough. But if your busier and making more money - hire more people to help. Don t allow people to continue paying for a terrible service.

*ridiculously high prices, there is no benefit to using this service compared to using the international postage option that retailers have. My postage ended up costing more money overall with my US. And I don t think these prices were made clear when I signed up and started shipping items to my suite.

*annoying mistakes made - when submitting the value of my items to calculate tax and duty that I would be paying when my item reached the UK - myUS included my original postage cost on top of the value of my item - so ended up paying more than I even should have paid. But at this point I waited so long for my invoices to get approved that I just accepted it to get my stuff to the UK and cancel my membership as fast as possible.

*i was offered $20 credit for the delays. But half of the credit disappeared from my account so I never actually used all of it.

*and finally, and most frustratingly - a white item of clothing I had ordered from a US retailer, arrived repackaged in a box with some other items I ordered - and there was what I think is bronzing powder/make up/brown dirt all over the bag. Some of it had gotten inside the plastic and stained my white item of clothing. Raised a complaint. No response. Just a case number. Chased up the complaint, just get given a new case number, no compensation being offered.
