I had a package delivered to their warehouse sept 23. It is lost in their system. I have provided proof of delivery as well as a photo of the packed dropped off at their warehouse by the shipping company. Still unresolved. They aren t responding. Seems like they are making no real attempt to locate my package. Phone calls are currently not being accepted. I can only use their chat feature on the website. Human to human contact has been impossible. I ve emailed, tweeted, used their message system on their website. It s been dismal. Also, my purchase was $2000 and also has a monthly subscription.
