Great customer service, good packaging, and fast shipping.

I had a great experience with Annalisa from the warehouse and Angel from customer service when they helped me with a special request. 10/10 customer service.

They updated the main website but not the "My Account" section, which really needs improvement.

If a package contains a special item, like a battery, you can't select it for shipping right away. You have to contact CS and let them fix it for you, which is annoying to say the least, not to mention that you have to pay a fee for these kind of items.

Overall I think MyUS is a great service with good customer support but they need to improve the account portal and chat availability.
