This service was good, but has been completely terrible for the past 2 months. They have been holding my packages for that long without explanation and repeated attempts to contact them by phone and email have gotten no responses. Total lack of customer service. If I ever get my packages, I'm never using this service again.
Update: I have just been informed they have now lost a package of mine. Don't waste your money on this service, I wish I hadn't.
