Why would the status of my account change without ...

Why would the status of my account change without my knowing it..or without been informed....if you set my account that I pay on ship request...what happens if my final shipment weight is less than what it was when I booked....what happens to the difference? Is it my loss?...customer service staff informed me yes...it's my loss...such a pity...if someone like me without any history of owing MYUS 1 penny could be so treated...am speechless ...no further comment.

I live in Canada and there are several stores of interest to me in the USA that don't ship to Canada. After doing a little online research, I found MYUS.com. The purchases went smoothly and MYUS.com keeps you updated to what is happening with your parcel once it arrives at their facility. I am so impressed that there is now a way to shop at the stores I otherwise wouldn't be able to. I would highly recommend using their company.

My items were delivered same day 10 days back but ...

My items were delivered same day 10 days back but as it came in 4 shipments only two went into my suite and one into review and the foutth is missing... I have tried to send emails several times and even the phone is just to tell you to chat ot send emails and after 10 days managed to chat with cs rep Rowan whom did not have any smart reply regarding when or how my issue is gone be solved... I now have items in my suite that will have to ship them without the forth package and then ship the forth package when it appears versus higher cost or wait and pay storage cost.... I am living crisis for the last week just to reach to them... And no one even cares to reply back.. And the only note is that items take 48 hours to be logged as if this is delay... But reality now 10 days without logging and even items in review no response.. It is like if the shutdown

I like lately the customer service (if they exist!...

I like lately the customer service (if they exist!) I tried a ton of times to reach someone, but they are always not there.... When I finally did reach someone (Angel) they where very helpful for sure, patient, and understanding.
In general I don't like this site and most probably this is the last time for me to deal with it, not one time I was able to receive my stuff easily without any troubles! Each and every time they drive me nuts! I really hate it.

I do not share the view MyUS is providing a great service in my experience. Every time I need to ship something I wait a week of more to get a shipping clearance before I can provide an order to any business or supplier. Right now I am asking MyUS if I can ship foam board sheets,. The stuff which is used in packing goods all over the world. 9 days now and no response from their compliance team.

Have been using MyUS for some time and now and have always found it a quick and efficient service. However, since the advent of COVID, there has been a marked deterioration in service. Packages are taking much longer to be received, let alone processed and dispatched (9 days...). I appreciate that the volume of packages has significantly increased, but this is no excuse for not responding to inquiries when made through the Help function of the web site. I subsequently had a package dispatched, for which I paid to have this delivered on an express basis (2-3 days). 7 days and still waiting. Disappointed.

- Chosen shipment twice as expensive as estimated
- Obscene tax charges
- False incorrect address fees
- Shipping the exact same item can have drastically different costs
- Unable to reach them via email, contact form or phone

I love MyUS
MyUS is the kind of place that hire professionals only. They will never use sharp objects to open up your safely packed collector item and damage it. And if you ever do receive your items damaged to the point that it value decreases to $10. It's never their fault, they will do what they do best and blame Fedex and DHL who compared to them, are still amateurs in this line of business. I will continue on using the below average overpriced service.

Worst freight forwarder in the world. Lost a $1200 package of mine that was confirmed delivered and signed by their receiving manager. issued me a credit for the value.........they found the package a month later, completely destroyed, well beyond the claim window for USPS. They took ZERO responsibility and charged me back the credit. Now I am out 1200 bucks.

This is a great service for me while living overse...

This is a great service for me while living overseas. Using the U.S.-based shipping address has helped greatly to get some of my favorite things I miss "from home". Packaging has always arrived intact and never an issue with customs on the receiving end. I am looking forward to trying out your new handling services soon!

This service is great, but the release time for items has gotten ridiculous. For items to be released 1 week and 1/2 later from when you place your order is not ideal. I've lost my momentum with this company.

Definitely very obliging and helpful. Need an easier means of direct contact for assistance but when you do reach someone they are extremely awesome at customer service. I would like the parcel notification for items to state the color or a better description of items, so that if you have a big order it is easier to identify a specific item but they definitely listen and improve. I have been a customer for like 3-4 years now and i love the service!!! Well done!!

As a business when you're experiencing internal/external issues that effect your clients a wise thing to do is ramp up communication, hire appropriate staff to manage. This company took the shut off the phones and ignore inquires approach which just reflects poor leadership and and a lack of process. Very embarrassing for them, they deserve to fail at this point

MyUS shipping is the best method we have of getting products and mail for the US. Often times, my mail is returned to sender rather than making it to my address here in Manila. If I can't get mail reliably in Manila, I can just imagine how difficult it is to get mail out in the provinces. I have found using MyUS shipping and DHL is highly effective to get what we need. When I use other shipping services, I sometimes have to pick it up from Customs and pay their fee. Additionally, other services that deliver to the door often charge me extra, about 500 php plus tip, usually. That can be inconvenient if I don't have money when they deliver. I would not use any other service to ship my products from the States to my home here in the Philippines.

They are overworked and long delays in processing consignments. Staff often confuse a pair of goods as two items. Care with the carriers they use as one is damaging a lot of consignments and the goods. Insurance is not worth the cost of it. Using alternate arrangements.

Ridiculous Prices! If only I can remove the one star, divert my last purchase directly to Bermuda, and cancel my membership- I WOULD! I have spent well over $400 dollars on shipping for only 5 parcels 2 of 5 were very small barely 1lb and small enough to fit in a manila envelope. I feel more than ripped off! To make matters worse postal companies in BDA charge you again per customs regardless of door delivery or warehouse pick up! Do Not Even Bother if you are shipping outside of the US!

I m with MyUS address for over 3 years. Initially they were reasonable but over the last year, their services became miserable with no one replies to requests or emails, and they apply tricks so they charge more . During covid19 era, I lost two full shipments although I tried to communicate with them by phone and emails but no luck. On top of that, more websites now do similar but with better shipping rates and more client oriented. Therefore this month is my last with MyUS address.

Customer Service is not existent. It s been 10 days and my package has yet to be logged. My other cheap amazon packages that arrived later are logged but not the expensive ones. I d recommend using other services like buyandship, at least they re a little more reliable.

I d give zero stars if that s an option. Look at their reviews on their FB page and it tells the true story of their service level. I get it there s a pandemic and service level won t be as great as pre-covid (not like they re that great to begin with). But every other logistic company out there have kept up with handling massive inflows and surge in demand with a pandemic response plan but MyUS only knows how to use this as an excuse and only gets worse by the day.

Go ahead and choose MyUS if you want to have terrible service.

Just received my first shipment, and the many items were perfectly consolidated into one large package by MyUS. This is a wonderful service to those of us who live or spend a lot of time overseas. MyUS is far more efficient than friends or relatives who promise to send items to me but delay until I end up feeling like I imposed too much on them. With MyUS, I don't have to hesitate to order what I want from US stores and know that it will be taken care of efficiently and promptly - and will soon be at my door.

I've been a customer for over a year now. I consider MyUs a little expensive but the service was always great and always reliable so no complains. However lately I can't say the same especially the part of them logging in my shipments.

It used to take them 1 day or less to add stuff to my suite but now the regular is 2 days if not more when you are on the weekend. Which can be annoying when you want to ship your things but you know there is one 1 more shipment that had already arrived to them so it will make more sense to include it since it's already there but then they take days to add it to your suite. Also lately the reviewing processes are not as consistent. Last week they split a makeup shipment and flagged a LIPSTICK as a medical item that requires further review. And to make it worse when they were done reviewing days later they didn't devide the weight between the splits but ended up carelessly applying the total weight to both splits so it was like I was going to pay for double the actual weight. When I contacted their customer service they only then updated 1 split and ignored my request to update the 2nd split too. So now it might not be double the weight but still more than the actual.

My opinion is charge whatever you want as a business and it will be my decision to accept or not. But once I do I need to feel confident that I'm being given the best service can be provided and I don't feel that much lately. If they continue with this I would be looking elsewhere.

As of September 2020 they are not operating. They claim to be still functioning but it has been almost a month and items have not yet left their warehouse. They are publicly lying and claiming that services take 4-7 days.

Update 1: Things finally shipped after complaining to them on Twitter (where they respond) and manging to get on the phone with the CEO's assistant.

Update 2: They responded below. They do not respond to customer service requests, only to public posts.

Update 3: They have now lost several of my packages. After complaining they have agreed to refund me for the lost items so I can send them to somewhere that's operating.

Update 4: They have instead credited my account... at a service I can't use right now because they're not operating.

Update 5: The CEO sent out an e-mail apologising... but they are still spending heavily on advertising while their existing customers are having to take to Facebook and Google to get results. Check the "Community" tab on their Facebook page and you'll see the real story.

So far I have organised two packages from Us to Aus. Both of them at extremely overpriced freight costs. Basically, if you have a normal account (not a premium one), you are stuck, because you will not be informed about the freight charges before being charged. I ordered a helmet from Revzilla and postage was $61. I decided to try Myus instead, the same helmet costed me $162 (which is nearly triple the price!!!!). So far the website has not responded to my enquiries. I have gone ahead and requested to cancel my account ASAP.

So far, its been an utterly disgusting experience!!!!

The first time they were nice and kind of honest. They only increased the weigh of the package. I thought it was a small mistake and I didn't care.
But the second time they greatly increased the weigh and use a way more expensive shipping option without asking me. I had the cheapest shipping option. They made me pay more than double!!! This is absolutely not honest!
I'm reporting this business as a scam!

WARNING. STAY AWAY. It's been several weeks and I still haven't received my package. I'm now stuck dealing with the black hole of customs. MYUS messed up the declaration value and also didn't provide the correct shipping details. Guess who's stuck with the admin as well as paying a $118 penalty? Me! Their customer service is atrocious. Their attitude is "You're on your own buddy. Deal with it." Not only is MYUS at the rock bottom of delivery services I've used... BUT they are rock bottom out of ALL service providers I've used. I'm shocked at how piss poor they are at providing value to their customers.

MyUs made it easier for me purchasing stuff from the US when sometimes US companies do not ship overseas. Also, sometimes US companies ships for free to US based addresses, which is great to only pay one shipping fee (when you ship abroad from MyUS). Not only that, the most flexible is that you get all your stuff in one place, which is great you will receive one package (depending on how many stuffs you ship to your home country). So, basically its very easy and simple to use and the shipping time is fast.

Used myUS to ship 10 pairs of shoes to Australia from DSW and Amazon. Excellent forwarding service. All packages arrived promptly, shipping costs were at the right level. The Premium membership is worth it, as you can hold packages and then consolidate. Everything was smooth and fast, and issues with sender address and lack of invoice were fixed promptly. You can even track outgoing packages on their website. Highly recommended.

I love their consolidation service (several purchases packaged into one shipment), saves a lot on shipping charges. Shipping to countries where Amazon or eBay wouldn t normally ship in a short period of time ; items nicely repackaged; well documented for customs tax; I highly recommend MyUS for forwarding packages to countries where US shops wont ship. One problem: items taking long to reflect in the suite and shipping requests staying on queue for over a week!

They used to be great. Now they dont answer emails and take too long to ship the package. I used to like Myus since they were fast and I payed more just to get it fast or at least in time. Now its so slow that its not worth paying extra for having the same time frame as other companies or even worse. Such a shame.

Terrible experience, terrible service, they ignore email requests and only reply to the parts of emails that they want to reply! No customer service at all! Overpriced, will never use these people again! Shop around, plenty of other companies around!
