Less hassle and accountable. The shipping price if quite affordable and reliable. Aside from that they are very helpful and responsive, but due to today s nature they are a bit slow in replying my inquiries, but from my past experience I am and satisfy. My big thank you to Benjamin and Emalee.

Complicated to work with the staff who is demanding on invoices (invoices and identities of eBay sellers, even for insignificant invoices).

When I asked customer rep he said you dont have availability to this service with your plan. What the hell.

Horrible Service and if there is a way to give them Zero i will do it, unable to reach them at all through phone, chat or messages during working hours for more than 10 days. am sure as they are doing this on purpose not to replay to customer inquires. took them more than a week to log in shipment after arrival which understandable during this pandemic.

Placed an urgent processing order that they guarantee same day shipping and its been 12 days (since 23rd-July) with no progress. am afraid they have lost the shipment or misplaced it. i wish i have shipped it directly from Amazon and Ebay.

I have never been disappointed with MyUS. Extremely professional and honest company. I have used their services during COVID 19 period and despite the challenges, they have always managed to keep up with the workload. I got one item which got lost (that can happen anywhere) and they have always kept me in the loop and compensated me accordingly. I absolutely recommend MyUS! Great services!

Very fast delivery and reliable. There have been some hiccups but nothing major or they could not make up for. Personally at this point I'd say 90% of my packages have arrived without issue. Customer service response time and quality has gone down a bit but could be due to lack of manpower b'cos of the virus. Still highly recommended.

They were really good up until some time in July - used to be efficient and error-free. I understand covid may have slowed their operations, but in recent weeks, I had missing parcels (tracking said it has delivered to their warehouse, but the item was not listed in my suite for months), missing items on delivery to me, and wrong labels of items (it claimed it's dangerous goods and charged me extra fees, when those items are NOT).

Their contact number does not work, and no one responded to my email enquiry at all.
