Poor app design, poor follow-up service and even poorer customer service. Cancelled my account after my first (and only) parcel is delayed somewhere. Despite paying for a tracked parcel, no tracking update for 6 days and no idea if or when
parcel will arrive. On contacting customer support I was told I should have paid for their premium delivery if I wanted a premium service! Would not recommend. Edit:MyUS received parcel 12/13/19 not even shipped until 12/21/19!!! Now missing Xmas Delivery. Terrible!!!
