Very bad experience, finally after 2 days of email...
Very bad experience, finally after 2 days of emails, contact form fills and social media messages, an agent responded to my inquiry.
I just had a phone call from their customer service and it was extremely disappointing.
I was complaining that they charged my card and ship the package to me without any action from my side. From what I understand MyUs USP was "consolidate packaging" and they should ask me or inform me before charging my account the exact amount.
Their explanation was:
That my current membership is the basic one which doesn't support consolidate packaging (that was not clear in the price and packages page) and the really frustrating thing that when i told the agent that it is not clear and i was confused due to poor user experience, while I was explaining that to agent he interrupted me saying "IT IS VERY CLEAR IN THE PRICE PAGE" it felt really unprofessional and kind of rude.
Defiantly going to cancel the account and defiantly not recommended.
