Have been using the service for several years but much less so the last couple of years. I have the premium service which mean they reject parcels with items small enough to be shipped in a letter.

They also at random reject parcels they deem 'illegal' even though this is not the case by either state, federal or foreign law - This could for instance be a belt: If arriving from "Sue's fashion shop" it would be approved without hesitation but if arriving from "Pete's gun shop" it would be held at MyUS for returning or destruction.

I am definitely looking at cancelling my service as it's in practical terms useless.

My first experience with MyUs service was pretty smooth. There was an issue with entering order details so I had to contact customer service, but in a day or so the parcel was registered in the facility and promptly sent to me.
I ordered a couple of eyeshadow pallets and everything arrived safe and sound thanks to careful packaging.

My shipment (ebay items) was supposed to be consolidated and sent to me, but rather I received a number of emails telling me I needed to provide the sellers addresses or my items would not be shipped they would be dis-guarded, as in thrown out! This was apparently because customs in my country requires it. Actually, I checked. Customs requires the shipped from address only. Who on ebay displays a physical address, I mean really?

I tried emailing the sellers and was able to get some but not all addresses. In the end after, a significant delay and arguing via email with MyUs, they shipped the items anyway. And after totalling up what it would have cost to ship individually, there was no savings at all. My advice is search the competition or just ship direct. MyUs is much more hassle that it's worth

There are already many bad reviews in English, so in Japanese. . . There are many unclear membership fees and expenses. It is also difficult to unsubscribe, and an unscrupulous trader who can only think of doing payment processing or fraudulent work because goods that we did not order have arrived. If English isn't your native language, it's the worst thing you can do with the withdrawal process.

I wouldn't recommend MyUS. Reasons
1. There is a terms and condition "MyUS are to review each items", so you will not be eligible for "Small Pack Saver" or "Budget Economy" shipping
2. Every actions costs money like "Return package", "Take picture", "Request to process in 1 or 2 days for any action"
3. In my case i got a camera charger and battery which came in 1 box, by MyUS considered that as two items and i was not eligible for "Small Pack Saver" or "Budget Economy"

My final thought, their service looked awesome until the package arrived to my suite, once arrived they started charging my left, right and centre, eventually the processing fee and shipping fee costed me 2x the cost of my product.

I have been a premium member for 5+ years and they actually do a good job of packaging and sending your stuff. I rate 1 star however because A) their shipping rates are outrageous and yes, i consolidate and B) because every time you need help, there is never anyone to pick up the phone or to answer chat. This is so frustrating and I am seriously considering cancelling my service. To the MYUS lady answering all the Google and Sitejabber comments...please work the phones at your own customer service desk and maybe you would not have to do so much damage control on review boards. I know these guys are getting hammered by all the circumstances. For me they have been quick to communicate and let us know of the ongoing issues. They are trying to get the most out of their resources and in the general scheme of things an extra bit of time to wait is hardly an issue. They always pack my goods intelligently and without fuss. As an Australian the whole service is a wonderful opportunity to purchase goods I can't normally get back home.

I was so disappointed right the first time using myus. There were so many problems happened on this first time. I made a couple of purchases from Amazon and shipped to myus, although purchase invoices are available & uploaded. However, myus stop 1 item and demand for seller's address in order to send this item. Therefore I could not combine this item with all other items on first shipment. Because it is not worth to send this item in one single shipment (shipping cost is much more than item's value while I can purchase this item from somewhere else and shipped my address with much cheaper cost) therefore I decided to discard this item, only until I did so, than myus advised that they can find out the seller address which is available on seller website on my package ??? this is a joke, I think myus were trying to make difficulties to delay this item so I will have to pay more for shipping cost on another consignment. This proves that myus is an UNRELIABLE shipping company. Furthermore, it is worse that myus LOST one item, they said that could not found at their warehouse??? This shows that their warehouse is NOT safe and organised place. They offered compensation for this lost by refund me the cost I paid for this item after deduct processing fee 5%? But quite a few big Companies do not ship to the UK and I came across My US, a shipping Company in Florida. So now I can order in the USA have it sent to my account at MY US and they ship it out to me.. Superb service and savings. Most items arrive duty free but the UK delivery services do charge to deliver to your door. Even so I save pound and pounds, have a great service from a Company I trust and the whole of the stores in USA now open to me for shopping.. 10/10 love it...

If I could rate this service with negative stars I would. I was switching from another company, hoping for better value. The bottom line is in 45 days I have sent several emails to customer service with no response. There is a mistake in the value of the shipments which is going to double my import tax. I have used myus.com before in the past and the service was quite impressive but what blew my min was during the Lock-down when most stores in the United States could not ship abroad, MyUs came to the rescue and I was able to buy items from stores that will normally not ship to NIGERIA seamlessly at least twice.

I will recommend myus.com to you if you plan to shop abroad and have any form of logistics challenge.

awful service and uncleared charge. On line customer service--- you are going to take forever to connect their online service person. Charge--- they allow you to select they way you want to delivery your goods,but even you told them you don't need consolation or wrapping, they will still do it and charge. I required to delivery a pair of shoes weighted 1.35ibs, it's 19.99$, but i was surprised to get an invoice of $24.99. Myus's customer service person said it's for re wrapping fee. God , i told them i don't need re wrapping when i place my order, but they just do care and find an excuse to deduct your money, i will never use Myuse's service again. One suggestion: think carefully before you use Myuse!

I have been using MyUS.com for a number of years and I know I can rely on them for looking after my shopping.
How it works is simple.
You are given your own address or suite number and all your US shopping is despatched to that address. You can choose how you want it despatched and by whom. So not only can you track from the supplier but tracked again from MyUS.com, from arrival to to your own front door.
Any queries, in my experience, are answered and resolved very quickly.

Works amazing! Had several parcels delivered to them and then shipped them to my home in The Netherlands. Due to COVID it all took a bit longer but i can understand that.

Used FedEx priority to ship. It took them 3 days to package everything, after that FedEx delivered it to my home within 2 days.

Recently MyUS had quite a backlog in terms of processing deliveries and shipments due to the Covid 19 pandemic which caused delays in package processing. They were transparent about it and communication was good which gave me comfort that my packages were safe. This is perfectly understandable under the circumstances and they remain reliable and trustworthy. I found their pricing to be very reasonable therefore I would definitely recommend this service.

My account is set on the cheaper option and I would never choose to use Fedex. But they used Fedex (~twice more expensive) and they increased the weight. Not honest at all!
When I complained they said they would reimburse the difference. But actually they didn't.
A now somehow I also have duties. It was a present.

I live in Israel. Amazon used to offer speedy shipping for free for orders over $75.00. They've stopped it a while ago. I now use MyUS to consolidate and ship goods to me.
I'm impressed with the timely and accurate Infomation that they provide. How they unpack and consolidate multiple items and I get it here in Israel fast and secure.
Net net - I get multiple packages from multiple vendors, MyUS holds the goods until I have them ship it to me via their web site. One can also have it done automatically or schedule based. The cost then gets divided among all that got consolidated.
Insurance and picture taking are options.
Use it, you won't be disappointed.

its almost a year since i first tried Myus. I've made more than 14 shipments up till now. they are very professional, and organized. the new interface and the mobile app was a great leap towards perfection.
Why not 5 stars?? slight development needed; faster shipping response, and working the holidays/weekends, because they are as so in the rest of the world.

Ever since I signed up with MyUS.com, shopping and shipping from US stores have been a breeze. Irrespective of the online store I shop from, I felt that I had much control of the shipments from the time it is received at MyUS and I find this is a great point to consolidate all shipments to save some on international shipping. I found that they are experts in packing as well saving much space in the box.

Like anyone, even I have experienced few days delay in service these days, but I guess that s just temporary due to Covid crisis and should be up & running soon.

The only problem i seem to face is that it takes so long between the time my parcels arrive at MyUS and the time it takes to put the packages into my suite. I have had 2x parcels arrive at the centre 3 days ago now and they are still not in my suite. I have emailed asking about them but no reply. I hope they have not lost them. An extremely helpful service that has allowed me to save substantially on shipping costs from the US. I've also used the personal shopper a few times and found that very helpful. On those occasions when I have had difficulties, the representatives have worked with me to resolve the issue even to the point of waiving their fees when they considered that it was the right thing to do. Angel worked very closely with me on a recent issue and was so very helpful, understanding and determined to reach the solution that worked best for me. I am satisfied with the product they offer because it is sometimes 3 times less than what I would have paid to ship directly through FedEx or UPS; and I am satisfied that they are willing to work with me to ensure that they deliver the best quality service to my happiness.

Extremely expensive. If you are ordering different items to be shipped to MyUS then wait for them together to ship, you might end up paying as much storage fee as your shipping. I order from 8 different sellers at amazon. My items arrived over a period of 10 days. I had to pay $58 for storage fee (which start incurring on 3rd day of arrival. Shipping was $74 for 6 lbs. I paid total $132 to MyUS. My items total cost was less than this price!! But I was stuck with them cuz my items already shipped there. =(
