Seven years I've been a member and their past service had been fantastic. However now it's become impossible to communicate with the company. They do not respond to emails, their own 'Contact MyUS' emails nor their live Chat Now. Its been 4 weeks and its beyond 'we need to catch up'. I receive emails from the company saying I need to respond otherwise my package will be returned but they won't action any responses or enter any discussion. I know you guys can do better, I've experienced it but this is really dissappointing.
