I went car shopping yesterday and after an unsuccessful 4 hours spent at a different dealership, I went to the Mercedes Benz of Bellevue. There I was greeted right away by the staff and had the pleasure of working with Thomas. Not only was he very knowledgeable and professional, but he accommodated all of our special requests. He patiently waited until we were done signing the financial papers at 11pm for him congratulate us one more time and hand us the keys at the end. If you want excellent customer service and an attentive salesperson, I highly recommend you ask for Thomas.
