I was embarrassed to drive up in my old pickup with bungee cords holding it together. He told me to just do it and I did. He was always respectful and at no time did any red flags go up that made me feel anxious, worried, and ready to run. Thomas, Delilah, and the finance lady, put me into a 2017 Kia Soul and I drove away with a dependable and safe car. And the best part, I did not buy a luxury car but I still received the great customer service we all deserve. I recommend Thomas Mioc and this dealership to everyone!
