Over the years Mercedes Service has decline in my experience. My last visit was not pleasant, having an expected window down with a chilly day the service person was not willing to do much ,except give me the bill for how much will cost and for me to wait for his call until the part was ordered- not even a loan car available, very rude! not acceptable service/behavior to a long time customer. Another service person approach me since I said I will go to some place else then. He was able to give me a loan car and give me a diagnosis first before assuming what was need it, but left a bad taste on my mouth already. I was in the process to exchange or get a newer/older car since I knew my car was need it lots of work and wasn't worth keep fixing it , yet didn't matter .Therefore after the window was fix and went to BMW and got me a newer car. Often consumers return for a product because of the service that sales person provides, then for the product - obviously I won't be coming back again to Mercedes. Disappointing quality of service.
