My service associate Rick was great but the overall place feels badly managed/organized and over priced for the service you get
- they tell you you ll be helped in a second and it s 10mins and you still wait
- I m told my car was ready at the door and it took them another 15 mins to locate it and bring to the door for real.
I don t mind about waiting, I need to be communicated what they can do and can t
