I worked with Joshua McDowell recently for a fog light replacement. He got me in quickly, was very professional, knowledgeable, and replaced my key battery at no charge. My car was also very shiny when I left...;-)

Josh was a pleasure to work with, everyone was very cordial and accommodating, and all went smoothly. I will return to Mercedes of Bellevue for service in the future.
