I had an awesome experience with Lou Fusz Toyota. My service advisor Scott Gryzmala took care of my 2017 Sienna's oil change and maintenance. I think this was the second or third time Scott was the advisor and as expected he did a top job finishing everything on time along with his valuable feedback. He was very prompt and answered all my questions about the vehicle. He took care of everything. This time I opted for the valet service and was not disappointed. The dealership picked up my vehicle and dropped it off after service at my residence on time. I think these small things make a huge impact for the customer.
