Just bought a new 4Runner from Lou Fusz Toyota, and all I can say is Wow. What an outstanding example of what customer service and care should look like. Fusz went above and beyond on everything, they showed extreme care for detail during the walkthrough of my new car and they never made me feel rushed, yet they still managed to be time-efficient and fulfill any needs of mine. I just had an awful experience previous to this exchange, so I can not say more good things about Lou Fusz Toyota. Thank you for being an example of the car dealership community!
