i ended up dealing w/Lou Fusz Toyota thru Ebay. i ordered the wrong emblem(trunk, needed grill) for my 06 corolla. the internet team response/s/time thru their Ebay acc were great. they exchanged my emblem w/no problem. i can say my experience w/Lou Fusz Toyota was a very pleasing one. thank you to the ebay/parts/internet team, you were wonderful :D
