Usually the car buying process is as comfortable as a visit to a dentist. Something you have to do and hope for a painless result. Thankfully my dealing with Scott Christensen at Lou Fusz was the most pleasant car purchasing experience I've ever had.
From the minute I met with Scott, on a referral from another satisfied customer, I knew it would be easy. Scott was more than accommodating and quite pleasant to work with. He had all the information necessary to help me make a decision and provided outstanding customer service.
There was no "haggling", just an easy negotiation on a very satisfactory price and the deal was done. Certainly not expected and quite gratifying.
Tom Capstick, the Sales Manager, was easily accessible and supported the entire process. The technical information and setup of the Entune system by Jimmy was amazing. It was in-depth and comprehensive.
Brian Summerville handled all the paperwork and information quickly and efficiently. Having a pre-approved loan at what was a great rate, he called the bank to set it up. Brian got the bank to lower the rate to an even better number...Great Service!!! There was no pressure to add "extra" services.
I would definitely recommend Lou Fusz and especially tell anyone to ask for Scott Christensen. And the 2014 RAV4 is great!
