The first place we went to look for a new SUV was Toyota. We (my wife and I) met Eric when we walked in. Eric was very informative and helpful. We were still considering buying a Jeep so we had a couple other places to look before making a decision. Eric was very low pressure and stayed in touch. The next day Eric had sent a personal video to my wife showing her a new 4runner that just came in. Eric addressed my wife by name and remembered the details she was looking for. We were impressed by the video and ended up going back to the dealer for a second time and ended up purchasing a Toyota 4runner with Eric. We were very pleased with the whole process! Thank you Eric.
