We went to another dealership and walked out after they tried to swindle us. The next day, we came to Lou Fusz and met Mike Carroll and had our guard up, but quickly realized we didn't need to. He was amazing, fair, and listened to us. He listened to understand what we wanted, not to respond with what he wanted to sell, and gave us options within our needs. We left that day with a car that fit our family's needs, and our budget needs. We had a small holdup with some paperwork, and they even handled that with professionalism and have been awesome to deal with through the process.
