It was a fantastic experience from start to end. Mark was a wonderful salesman, not too pushy, but firm and he had a lot of information for me, which I liked. Mark walked me through everything and was very helpful throughout the process. I visited a couple of other Lexus dealerships and he was very cool with that. When I picked up the car, Rene gave me an amazing tutorial on how to operate my new "starship" :) He took all the time in the world to show me how things worked and has been really helpful with follow up emails, asking if I needed anything.
