I recently made a web inquiry regarding a 2016 ES 350 (cashmere external color) with touring package at Lexus On the Park in Toronto. Alex Thomas, a Sales Consultant responded promptly and a visit and test drive were arranged. Alex is very knowledgeable and had an information package ready when we arrived, containing all the features on the vehicle including changes from the previous years model. The test drive which was smooth and responsive proved why Lexus is a leader in luxury vehicles. The negotiations were quick and a fair deal was reached.
In my view Alex is a valued member of a great team at Lexus On The Park and would highly recommend Alex to anyone visiting this dealership.
I also really enjoyed my dealings with Andrew in the Finance Department and Josie, who demonstrated all the features on the vehicle before I drove off the lot. Overall, this is a superb dealership with a special team.
