My recent experience concerned two issues for a damaged windshield and Bluetooth issue. Benson Lin with Lexus Service took great care in troubleshooting a complex Bluetooth issue that was actually a phone hardware issue versus a Lexus system problem. He followed up to resolution even though it was not vehicle related. Benson also facilitated a windshield repair versus a replacement (I did not believe a crack of that size could be repaired) instead of sending me to another service provider. In today's fast paced world, it is refreshing to have quality people like Benson, take the time to go above and beyond to help customers. Much appreciated service excellence!
