No words can express my gratitude to the amazing people work in Lexus on the park, especially Mr. Abid Shivji. They are not only amazing at work, but also in customer service. They really do care about their customer very much. I went there for winter-tire change service a few days ago and I accidentally dropped my very valuable ring that it was from my grandma. I was so sad and depressed because it s the only thing I have from my grandma. I asked help from them to try to find it, they were so kind of do the best to look for it and UNBELIEVABLY they found it. Today they called me to give me the good news and I can t believe I really got my ring back!!! Thank you so much for what you did for me, beautiful people beautiful heart!
