5 stars to Andrew and Alex for the exceptional service my parents and I received during our visit last week! It was our very first time at Lexus on the Park, and we could not have been more amazed by the professionalism of this team. We had the privilege of having Alex Thomas as our Sales Consultant. His patience, knowledge and friendly demeanour made the negotiation process a pleasant one for us. Once we closed the deal, we were directed to the Finance Manager, Andrew Thomas. Andrew finalized the paperwork for us and was responsive to our inquiries right up to to the delivery of the vehicle. We are so happy with our new Lexus RX and will be recommending Lexus on the Park and their amazing staff to our friends and family. They truly go out of their way to ensure satisfaction and our only regret is not having found this dealership earlier. Thank you again to Alex and Andrew!!
