Getting a new car has never been a more enjoyable experience. I had checked out Lexus a few months back and that's when I met Mark. He kept my needs top of mind as he reached out every so often to let me know what was happening as my current lease was coming due in a few months. Mark delivered exceptional customer service in every sense of the word. I didn't for once feel I was being sold, but taken care of as he continued to go above and beyond to help me find a solution that really felt good for everyone. I was thrilled to give Mark the sale and get into a car I didn't think possible. The service from everyone I dealt has continued to be exceptional (Katherine, Josie) and I look forward to my continued amazing experience with the Lexus family.
