Horrible customer service. Moved recently to the area from out of state. Scheduled an appointment online for service and requested a loaner. Called the next day myself to confirm. Spoke with diamond who said that I would be able to have a loaner vehicle. Show up for my appointment and Monique is rude and says that only customers who bought a car from them or have had multiple appointments are eligible for loaner vehicles. So now I ve wasted a day planning around this incompetent and inconsiderate dealership. Would avoid at all costs and will never go there again.

While there I received exceptional service and attention and left with the vehicle I wanted. My experience has made me very confident and comfortable in my major purchase. I brought my 2007 Lexus RX 350 AWD to the Service department to find out about a noise coming from the front end. The service adviser was pleasent and professional asked me give him the car key and asked me to wait in the lounge. Came after 35 minutes and called me in his cabin and told me that right boot of the SUV was leaking a bit and it has to be replaced by a new boot and put new seals and allingment will be needed for which it will cost me $ 1682. 65 which is mostly labour as he was not replacing the entire Rack system. I told him that I need to think about it as the car is 12 years old. He then told me to come with him to the cashier and handed over the work order and I was asked to pay an amount of $ 72.50 as dignostic charges. I was taken by surprise as nobody told me about these charges when I called for the appointment and asked if there were any charges for looking at the car and giving estimates. I go elsewhere and nobody has asked for the dignostic charges ever. Lexus is known for its Royal service and it was not at all in my case. I felt I was taken for a ride. I received a survey from Lexus of Towson by e mail. I mentioned my experience in that survey and asked to refund my money and till today have not heard from anybody. If your dealership is so good that there are no negative reviews. I gave one star because I got a complementry car wash. But a car wash for $ 72.50 felt a bit unreasonable . I hope some one will respond to my gripe and do the needful to earn my loyalty in future.

Unfortunately I did not have a pleasurable experience at the dealership. The salesman that assisted felt made me feel that I was insulting him by asking whether we could negotiate a better price for the vehicle that I was interested in. He said to me, "this car is a step up compare to what you have". He did not feel that his remark was an insult and when I told the sales manager what he said, of course he denied it. He even said, this is what I'm offering and you can take it or leave it. It's not willing to negotiate at all and so I left. The next day, I received a text from him inviting me to test drive the car and he was willing to negotiate an offer. While waiting to speak with a finance rep (my sales pointed to another salesperson across the room and said that he would finish up with me because he had to leave). The other salesperson never greeted me, never introduced himself and I saw him him briefly talking to other salespeople and I never saw him again. After an hour or so past, I decided to remove my personal belongings from the vehicle that I was trading in. No one offered to assist or even bother to see if I needed assistance. Another hour goes by and I'm escorted to the office to finalize the purchase. Needless to say, the purchase price if the vehicle was not the price that the salesperson and I did not agree to. So what he offered was not on the purchase agreement. This cause an additional delay and by now, I'm totally unsatisfied. No one even showed me the how to use the features on the car. I even responded to the follow up email from the salesperson requesting to have some one show me how to use some of features. He never responded. When I asked him him if the paint chips could be repaired, he told me it would cost them too much and suggested that I buy a small bottle of touch paint and do it myself. Since he never responded to my email, he isnt aware of any if the other grievances that I have regarding my experience at the dealership. I am strongly considering returning the vehicle.

I called Huntley told him what I wanted and when we arrived to the dealer the vehicles were clean and ready, we just needed to sign the paperwork. This is the worst dealership ever. I would never put my foot here anymore. I had terrible experience with both sales and service department.

I called the service advisor and I asked for appointment to do a software update on my Lexus. she gave me an appointment with no additional information about the process and how long it would take to complete the software update.

I go to the dealership. Speaking of a service advisor again, she tells me that this process will take 3 hours. She also adds that there is no loaner car nor there is a shuttle to take me home. and the only option is to wait at the dealership to get my car backor take an Uber.

Very disappointed. I had an appointment to see a vehicle and the sales representative had asked me if I could come earlier in the week. Initially I couldn't but I moved it from Friday to Wednesday. I had received a text Wednesday morning at 9 to confirm I was still coming at 12. Now I live 90 minutes away and as soon as I was 20 minutes away from the dealership I received a text it was sold. I really had intentions on buying it as I went to my bank prior to withdraw funds. Now I partly blame myself for not putting a deposit to hold it. On my way there he went to grab the keys and noticed it wasn't there which should have been done long before confirming if I was still coming. Now we tried another way to get what I wanted but I knew it wouldn't work even so what a complete waste of my time. Nice and friendly staff but this experience here put a bad taste in my mouth and wouldn't spend my time and effort to go here again.

Worst experience ever! I made an appointment to get my car service after I had just picked it up three days prior to. the woman who made my appointment confirmed that I had a loaner vehicle. I go to drop my car off only to find out that not only did they not have me in the system for receiving a loaner vehicle but they did not have any loaner vehicles available. Complete inconvenience! Tara, my service consultant made it seem as though I was inconveniencing her because in the system it did not have me down as receiving a loaner vehicle. This is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced at this dealership.

If I could give negative stars I would!! I was very surprised and at a loss for words of how I was treated! I am a Lexus car owner and ordered tires and service online from the Lexus tire center, my email confirmation stated the day and time to have my tires changed at the Towson Lexus dealership. I arrived 15 minutes early and was NOT greeted with a friendly staff member, I still smiled and said I'm here to get my tires done he said well um so you have an apt? I said yes sir I do, he Then said oh no you don't I said I can assure you I do here in the confirmation email and he looked at it and said I need to get the service manager. I went to see the service manager who very RUDELY greeted me and did not even shake my hand his name was Brandon Rupert. Then he said what can I do for you I told him I have an apt to get my tires done and he looked my up by my number and name and confirmation number and did not find anything in his system, he said he couldn't do anything for me and I was very surprised! I showed him my confirmation email and he read it and said well you can go across the street and talk to the service center. I told him that would be unacceptable because I cancelled my appointments for today to have this done, and I would like to speek to the manager or owner in charge. He was then very mad and rushed to the managers office closing the door on me and my sister then invited us in I explained to the man in charge my situation and he assured me that they will be picking my car up Monday doing the tire service and dropping my car back off, he did apologize for the inconvenience but did no Offer a discount or any type of compensation for my time and energy lost. He told Brandon to schedule the pickup for Monday and he said ok! I went to his office and said so should I fill out some paper work he said no just put your name and number here I'll call you on Monday to get the info and pick up your car. He also tried to undermine my intelligence telling me my service did not included mounting and balance which it clearly stated on my order and I had to email him a picture of my confirmation and service ordered! Today is Monday and after 3 attempts to find someone to help me I finally got to a manager who said he couldn't get my car because I've never been a customer I told him my situation and he said he would call a few minutes later. 3 hours later I get a call from Brandon stating that tomorrow they would come get my car but he needed some info first. I told him forget about it!! I made the apt last week and you and your staff have rudely spoken to me and have no treated me in a manor which I appreciate or deserve...... I called corporate and they will be contacting you! I've never been so embarrassed and disrespected and talked down to like this in my whole life! This is unacceptable, I've worked in customer service for 4 years and this is not how you treat a paying customer. Shame on you Lexus dealership of Towson! Have some respect for someone trying to spend money at your poorly run establishment!!! Pathetic!

I own a 2013 LS 460 that I bought here (slightly used) in July 2015. At the start of the lockdown (March 2020) a part in the car malfunctioned. I figured out a "workaround" which was mildly irritating and which was causing extra wear on the part. Lexus of Towson fixed the problem on Sept 14th when I finally brought the car in, and at payment time they told me that there was no charge because the part should not have malfunctioned. The charge would have been $600+. Thank you :)

I called in today 12/27/17 to find out about my tire warranty since I bought them here. Simple task right?? WRONG! I have never been through such a struggle for one question to be answered! My call was transferred 3 times and every single person I got transferred to could not answer my question. For Len Stoler to be such a big name and have overpriced everything that people pay for, I would at least think there would be a group of somewhat professionally trained staff that would have answers for their customers. With that being said Len Stoler Lexus of Towson you can keep my tire warranty,after today and my last bad experience I had with you I Will take my business elsewhere. My tire went flat on my commute from Frederick to Forest Hill. Lexus of Towson was closest place. The service director, Bill Mortimer, took care of me quickly. Went there because their website advertised the Lexus LX for a monthly payment of $1100. Do not get me wrong , I am not talking about the price before the tags, tax, dealer fee etc. They have a payment calculator that includes all the processing fees and the state tax in their payment.
It even says : payment includes the taxes and dealer fees. When I asked the sales person he couldn t explained and he agreed that it is a mistake.
After leaving their dealership I received a phone call from another dealership that asked me how was my experience with Lexus of Towson. The person told me that Lexus in Towson called them and let them know about me trying to by a car they had I stock for the $1100. I would not recommend this dealership because of false advertising and because they share my personal info with other dealership.

Wow, what an inspiringly pain-free experience. Cassidy Drummond is the best sales representative I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I came to Lexus of Towson after having mediocre (at best) experiences at other Lexus dealerships, one of which I leased my 2016 NX at. When it came time to turn in the vehicle, I decided to give Towson a shot given that my father has also had great experiences here. Cassidy laid out my options, didn't put pressure on me at all, and answered every question I had. He truly worked with me and did his best to offer the best deal possible. I left with a 2019 NX because of that sense of comfort that he provided; I am extremely grateful to have worked with him and plan to continue doing business with this dealership, as well as sending family and friends here.

Fast forward to my 5K service. I had the pleasure of working with Chelsea Django. She was extremely sensitive to the limits of my schedule and provided service that absolutely surpassed my expectations. She is extremely knowledgable and straightforward. My SOS light was constantly red, which is understandably concerning for a brand new car, but she eased my tension with a thorough explanation and plans moving forward.

Thank you to the Lexus of Towson team for always providing exceptional service with a friendly presentation! Looking forward to my next service!

My father-in-law was in the market for a 2019 Lexus ES350 to replace his 2008 model. My mother-in-law came along to look at colors and go on a test drive, but planned on keeping HER 2008 ES, as it had less than 30K miles on it. I knew Jonathan Butler, Mike Meagher, and Dan Morgan because we had all worked together several years ago, and Jon was who I referred my in-laws to see (I went with them at their request). He could not have taken better care of them or been more of a gentleman. Long story short, on the same visit my mother-in-law decided that she might be interested in the new RX. One sale became two, and Jonathan could not have been more accommodating. Mike Meagher took excellent care of them on the numbers - the selling price of the cars as well as the trade-in figures. In the business office, Dan handled one purchase and Cassidy handled the other - they both did a great job, too. Jonathan was very patient and thorough making sure that my in-laws understood all of the features and technology in their new cars, not only at the time of delivery but also when he went out to their house on two separate occasions to sync up their vehicles' integrated remote garage door openers with the actual garage door opener itself. Again, I cannot overstate how pleasant he was in dealing with my in-laws, answering all of their questions, and providing exemplary levels of customer service. While it was no surprise to me, it was still very nice to see that Mike Meagher and the team he leads continue to deliver a one-of-a-kind "white glove" experience for their customers. Thank you Jonathan, thank you Mike, thank you Dan and Cassidy, and thank you Lexus of Towson!

Towson Lexus provided an excellent customer experience to me in leasing a 2021 Lexus. I didn t have to be burdened with any complications of paperwork and was pleased that I was able to select the perfect car for me with all options I wanted by computer!
This is the 5th Lexus for me. Lexus of Towson is the only dealership I can recommend for your next Lexus purchase or lease!

I bought my Lexus ES350 2010 in on June 29, 2013. My salesman was great (Mr. Gerald)! Here is the problem. I have yet to have my car DETAILED PROPERLY! Washed is one thing, but DETAILED requires attention to DETAIL!

So today August 9, 2013 I received my car back from service. Well 3 days ago I had a large nail of some type in my front passenger tire. I bought a wheel and tire package. It states that if anything happens to a tire I am to receive a brand new tire with no hassle! They, service department gave me a hassle about a nail even though I caught service as they were getting ready to leave 3 days ago. So they plugged the tire. Yesterday August 8, 2013 my car went in for service and they only serviced the brakes, but no fix on my tire.

I got my car back it was not detailed ( it was still dirty)! I had just more than a quarter of a tank of gas when the guy came and picked up my car and when I got it back my gas needle was on "E"! The GAS SENSOR SAID I HAD 2 miles until approximately empty with my gas light on! My tire had not been swapped for a new one! And I am right back to square one!

This is absolutely terrible service! IF YOU GET BETTER SERVICE OUT OF LEXUS OF TOWSON LET ME KNOW! It has not been a great experience for me yet at this point at all!

The service is good, but when I called in for a shuttle service to pick up the car, I got pushed around and never got a response. I hope they could at least provide shuttle service to people who don't have time to wait there. After all, it is Lexus, a shuttle service should be at least included.

IN THIS CASE THIS GS3OO HAS BEEN IN 4 LEXUS DEALERSHIPS OVER 60 TIMES AND NONE OF THESE 4 NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED DEALERSHIPS WERE ABLE TO IDENTIFY THIS CARBON BUILD UP ISSUE, BUT THEY CHARGED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO FIX PROBLEMS THAT WERE BEING CAUSED BY THE WELL KNOWN CARBON BUILD UP ISSUE IN THIS SPECIFIC ENGINE TYPE. NOW LEXUS CORPORATE IS TELLING ME TO FOOT THE BILL OF NEARLY $4,500 AND THATS AFTER I HAVE SPENT $5K+ REPLACING FOULED COILS PLUGS ETC ALL CAUSED BY CARBON BUILD UP.

Felt ripped off after I bought the car, they really push for "extras" after the sale. They appeal to your spouse if they can't convince you to buy all the extra protections and options. They made me feel like I was cheap and or stupid for not taking advantage of the extras.
When I returned for service they told me they couldn't find anything wrong regarding the problems I had with the hatch and heater. Then, a few weeks later I got a recall notice for the hatch. Probably my last Lexus, and never again from Towson.

Thr general manager,Mike Meagher, got mad because I was trying to get the best possible deal for a new car. Mike Meagher ripped up the car offer in my face and preceded to berate me. Thought this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Lexus dealership. I dropped off my LS because the trunk wouldnt pop. After a few hours they quote $1,700 to fix it. I came to pick it up to find out since I didnt opt into paying that much I am being charged $145 just for assessing the situation. They told me they didnt want to pop the trunk because it could damage a mechanism. After doing some online forum research I found that you can just disconnect the battery for 10 seconds to reset the lock mechanism. They certainly knew this but wanted to just take me for my money. Choose your mechanic wisely.

Spoke to two very unhelpful service representatives. I inquired about a vehicle that was service that their location numerous times. First time the lady said she did not know how to help and would need to get help - she blindly transferred me to someones voicemail. I immediately called back, the next lady said I should get a carfax (I have one) and then said I was asking for personal information and she could not provide it. I stated I was not looking for PII but just what was done to the vehicle, again i was blindly transferred to another person's voicemail.

This is the first time, I have encountered such difficulty getting service history information. Very surprised with the poor customer service.

The service manger told me that if the tech finds a problem with your car that you were unaware of and is not a safety issue, they won't fix it or even tell you about it. How dishonest is that to withhold information about a problem with your vehicle because Lexus doesn't want to pay for the warranty repair if they don't have to. I have lost all faith in this dealership. I can't trust them to fix my car or tell me what is wrong with it after being told this information.

After visiting a few Lexus dealerships in the area I must say that nothing will compare to my Lexus experience at Towson. Everyone was so attentive and professional. Not to mention our salespersons Shawn Isaacs was really amazing and patient with us. I couldn t be happier with all the staff. Cassady was also great at showing us how to use all the gadgets in the new car. Will highly recommend for anyone interested in purchasing a Lexus in the Maryland area. These guys won t let you down!

Blair Tyler the Business Manager did an outstanding job walking us through the paperwork and finalizing the sale. We live in NJ and were driving home from DC when we discovered our gas tank cover release wouldn t open. We were low on gas. Google identified the Lexus of Towson as the closest.

We had just enough gas to get there. The service manager heard us asking for help as we pulled in. He managed to open the cover (with a creditcard lol), but worried that it might get stuck again and leave us stranded without gas. They found a little $10 spring part, he installed it on the spot, charged us $9.54 and sent us on our way.

I just bought our Lexus LX 560. But may drive the 200 miles from north jersey to buy my next one here...a place with heart and extraordinary customer service!!!

Everyone at Lexus was great. Overall a very pleasant experience, contrary to my other car buying ventures in the past. Justine, my sales associate, was amazing and never made me feel pressured. She was very knowledgeable, honest, and kind. Cassidy the finance manager was great as well. He took his time and made sure we thoroughly understood everything. In fact, it was such a good experience I recommended them to my father who had been looking for a car and he went and purchased an rx350 the next day. In conclusion, would highly recommend this dealership.

Very disappointed. I had an appointment to see a vehicle and the sales representative had asked me if I could come earlier in the week. Initially I couldn't but I moved it from Friday to Wednesday. I had received a text Wednesday morning at 9 to confirm I was still coming at 12. Now I live 90 minutes away and as soon as I was 20 minutes away from the dealership I received a text it was sold. I really had intentions on buying it as I went to my bank prior to withdraw funds. Now I partly blame myself for not putting a deposit to hold it. On my way there he went to grab the keys and noticed it wasn't there which should have been done long before confirming if I was still coming. Now we tried another way to get what I wanted but I knew it wouldn't work even so what a complete waste of my time. Nice and friendly staff but this experience here put a bad taste in my mouth and wouldn't spend my time and effort to go here again.

This could have easily been a 2 star performance. I dropped my car off at 8:30 am and returned at noon only to find out that they had not even started on my car. They expected me back at 4 since I didn't wait for the car. Upon realizing that I was there to pick up the car, they expedited the service and had me out by 1:30 with a clean car.

I will never bring my vehicle back to this location. Ive been here twice and the first time I was told my car wouldn t be done within a guven time. I had to come back the next day to get service finished.

Today I brought my car in this morning for an oil change and was told to pick it up at noon. I come back and services were not completed and still didnt get the car wash because of miscommunication.

I have yet to have a pleasurable experience so I woll no longer come here.

I stood waiting at the counter for over 23 minutes as three employees walked right past me and a forth spoke to me at the counter he himself seemed frustrated no one was at the counter when I point out to him the 5 min return sign. He never even offered to help send someone to help me, nor did the other three not even asked if I was being helped, or if they could sell me 3 beans! Nothing, noda. Thankfully for the wait, I browsed for the Lexus certified brand parts I needed to purchase here online, some at a lower price plus free shipping. Considering the premium quality of the vehicles for purchase and the attention you obtain for buying a vehicle the second you walk into the door of the dealership, the experience of the parts and service department are typical, and subparof a car salespersons after they ve already received the bill of payment from your banking establishment.
