The lady at the call center gives out wrong information, now she hangs the phone up on me knowing she remember my situation very well we had four conversations about the best way to have my truck serviced I remember her voice oh the same lady well its me again mrs morgan how can I help, now since her mistake has caused me a big inconvenience she don't remember me, call back different coworkers answer giving me the run around. Ethan just wants to play on his cell phone. I can go on!!! Horrible customer service. I told ethan we all get sick and me as a nurse if you complain about a straw not being given to you I can get FIRED. I spend my money here and you all still get paid if you do a good job or not Unbelievable.
