My tire went flat on my commute from Frederick to Forest Hill. Lexus of Towson was closest place. The service director, Bill Mortimer, took care of me quickly. Though I am driving a 2011 Toyota, he treated me as if I was driving a 2019 Lexus. The service department is quick, clean and professional. I know where I will get my Lexus...its almost time!
