Looks like this place finnaly closed. Not suprised though. Tried coming here at least 6 times in the last month and it was never open

Worst place I've ever been to... I called in and said I would show up for some purchases... I came at 6:45, and it was closed... wth kind of business closes at 6:45 when they are supposed to be open till 8... especially when I told the person on the phone I'd arrive... very very unprofessional. Friendly staff tho, but yet again, VERY unprofessional. Don't waste your time.

Tried to pop by an hour before close today. The door was locked, so I called. No answer or voicemail set up. Put a sign on you door and let potential patrons know that you're closing early, because if you plan to go and online it says they're open until a posted time, it's just bad business. From what I see based on previous reviews, this isn't a one-off. Too bad, probably won't be going back.

Hard to find location, but worst of all is the cardmaster stench that came along with all of my playmats. Also kept saying product would be ready, but wasn't ready 3 times, and was delayed by a week.

Great place to play Yugioh, Vanguard ( My personal favourite) other then that they can get you very great deals They also have super smash bros. Dude your heading to the best store EVER

A bunch of thieves and fraudsters.
Do not trust Marco Cesario or Michael Sherkin (the owners of Card Masters) as far as you can throw them.
Sold some cards on consignment with them and now theyre refusing to pay me over $7,800 they owe me.
Filing my claim with the Ontario court system tomorrow.

Great store really nice people they were able to help me pick out the Decks that I needed also gave me great trade-in value for my used cards

My friends and I search for their new location we found it and we looked at the schedules then we they were open for 5 hours but, when we called them if it is open or where is the way up to cardmaster. We called them and no one answer. Probably they are closed but, in their google schedule they are open till 10am!! I'm so disappointed

Nice little hidden gem of a store and the prices are very reasonable for yugioh boxes. I came for Kaiba collection but they had none. the other options are a great deal too.

All my kids talk about. Decided to check it out and WOW!!!! Great service great place and great people! And so many cameras that I can safely leave them their for tournaments and never worry. Also thanks for teaching me Pokemon!

Awesome card shop! Really awesome place for get yugioh cards, and other cards mostly yugioh I plan to visit

Awesome place especially if you want to buy individual cards mind you they are expensive and they will over price certain, products so definitely don't buy everything from here, and bring cash... always if you do! I was also disappointed with the customer service, one time I waited in winter for the card shop to open, it opens an hour late, and their was no warning or notification, and recieved bad customer service after entering the place. Last point is that tournaments are fun, community is amazing.

This place was recommended to me and I never new about it (owner told me they have been open for over a decade) since I live downtown. Went in and asked prices for cards singles and WOW, they price there cards based off of online prices. OMG FAIR CARD PRICES!!!!! Why didn't my friends tell me earlier? 10/10 would recommend.

They never open on time so don't come right during opening hours. The people are very kind and helpful though.

Stale smell of cigarettes, limited card selection, questionable hours of operation have turned me away from this store. The one staff member who works there is friendly, but if you're looking for a more diverse selection and playgroup you are better off going to hairy tarantula up the street.

Plenty of tables to play, super smash Bros is open seated

EDIT: While I was upset that I sent my brother there and the store wasnt open for over an hour, I can understand medical emergencies are important and I will change my review because of that. My brother ended up still going in and he seemed to like the shop. I have been there a few times (a couple years ago) and the experience was just fine. 4/5

this place smells like a card master if you catch my drift

I was waiting in front of the store hoping it would be open but it was Friday and it was supposed to be opened at 12pm. Me and my friends were waiting in front of the store for 2 hours and the door was locked.

Been here on 4 occasions and they have only been opened one time out of 4. Been waiting for 2 hours outside and calling the whole time, no answer and the door is still locked. The only reason I m giving 2 stars is because the one time I was there the service was great.

Closed every single time when it says open. It even closed when it supposes to have tournament according to their website

Edit: no one ever answer phone call, email or even Facebook message

Does anyone know where's a good card shop that opens time?

Mtg singles selection can be hit or miss but the staff is always amazing.

Great mtg Legacy community, competitive and laid back environment, very welcoming.

Been there 6 times and the store has NEVER been open, called the store many more times and not once has anyone answered.

I was here last week, they were over an hour late. It was a medical emergency, I'm a human being so I can understand something like that. I was hoping to get some cards today, but here I am again it's 11:45 and the store still has not opened (supposed to be open at 11, which I think is a doable time) I'm waiting here until it opens. They gave me a gift for the wait for last time when my brother told me to come here, definitely appreciated, but my time is lost again. It's a cold Canadian winter and I'm waiting in my car for the 2nd time.

I was a client of that store for a few years and then in late April the store closed down out of nowhere and I hade a preorder and I don t know how to contact the owner so please send a reply to have contact

I bloody hate this place, said they would look through my cards and just passed like 20 each time they looked don't go if u want money for cards

I thought it was a fluke that the store was closed on two separate occasions that I visited. Visited again and it was still closed. Door was locked and I could see lights on upstairs. Checked google reviews and lo and behold.. similar complaints. Not sure what happened to this store but some of the workers are consistently high. The store itself reeks of weed and cigarettes from the back room at times and they aren't open on top of that... how are they managing to stay in business?

Always closed, guy behind the counter always high, overpriced and gross environment.
