We live in NJ and were driving home from DC when we discovered our gas tank cover release wouldn t open. We were low on gas. Google identified the Lexus of Towson as the closest.

We had just enough gas to get there. The service manager heard us asking for help as we pulled in. He managed to open the cover (with a creditcard lol), but worried that it might get stuck again and leave us stranded without gas. They found a little $10 spring part, he installed it on the spot, charged us $9.54 and sent us on our way.

I just bought our Lexus LX 560. But may drive the 200 miles from north jersey to buy my next one here...a place with heart and extraordinary customer service!!!
