This is the worst dealership ever. I would never put my foot here anymore. I had terrible experience with both sales and service department.

I called the service advisor and I asked for appointment to do a software update on my Lexus. she gave me an appointment with no additional information about the process and how long it would take to complete the software update.

I go to the dealership. Speaking of a service advisor again, she tells me that this process will take 3 hours. She also adds that there is no loaner car nor there is a shuttle to take me home. and the only option is to wait at the dealership to get my car backor take an Uber.

This dealership clearly doesn't know how to treat the customer.
