Great feeling being put on hold for over 15min each time i called today. Forgotten each time?
I arrived to the parts department to read a sign that said be back in five minutes. I stood waiting at the counter for over 23 minutes as three employees walked right past me and a forth spoke to me at the counter he himself seemed frustrated no one was at the counter when I point out to him the 5 min return sign. He never even offered to help send someone to help me, nor did the other three not even asked if I was being helped, or if they could sell me 3 beans! Nothing, noda. Thankfully for the wait, I browsed for the Lexus certified brand parts I needed to purchase here online, some at a lower price plus free shipping. Considering the premium quality of the vehicles for purchase and the attention you obtain for buying a vehicle the second you walk into the door of the dealership, the experience of the parts and service department are typical, and subparof a car salespersons after they ve already received the bill of payment from your banking establishment. I had to give a 1 star in order to place this review.

So.. I took some time to really think if i should even post this review. I know that everyone is just back from the holidays & you look under staffed. It happens, but there is a thing called professionalism. You suck it tf up & then go home. This might be long, but i want to articulate my experience at Lexus of Towson. I had an appt. to assess a recall. I had never been to this dealership before today so i had no idea how it functioned & where to go, so i am completely at a loss (your building design is horribly laid out btw) . I park & walk in to ask where to go for service. Someone tells me to pull up to the doors and they will pull it in. I'm waiting at the doors & then they open up the other door beside me right in time to let others go before me when they pulled up after me, but whatever. I follow behind them & pulled in. I had no idea where to go & what to do after that so i step out my car & ask where to go now. I sit in the waiting room for 10-15 & then I get called back, the lady was nice. I was told it would take around an hour. Im sitting in the waiting room for almost 3 hrs. Everyone in that waiting room was complaining about the service & the responses i heard from some of your employees pissed me off & they weren't even talking to me. I finally get up to see what is taking so long for something that just needs to be looked at & I eventually get called back to get my keys. i had a dying key fob so i was waiting on that too. I go to get my keys & she said she would comp. it for my inconvenience .. so i take that as admitting fault & apologizing so i took it & i went on my way. I get in my car & my battery is completely drained & a decent amount of gas missing from from tank. Which i'm taking as my car was on for the almost 3 hrs I was waiting. I have had issues with my car before with my battery with Carmax which sent it to your dealership that sent back not fixed which caused my battery to continue to die on me & be sent back again, but that is another story.. so.... i go back in concerned wondering if it is safe to get on the highway because i had not seen it that low since i had gotten it back the second time. I live 40 mins. away & its now rush hour. I got nothing but hostility when i went back in.. There is no reason to Blatantly belittle a concerned customer no matter how bad your day was, that is why you get paid .. you sure as hell ruined my day with your b.s.....ill be taking my business elsewhere for now on. You can cancel the part. Or not. Idc. I wont be back.

I and my son had plans to visit the Lexus dealership in Towson, Maryland to look for a replacement vehicle for me. He lives in Pasadena and I live in Harford County. So we decided to meet at the dealership.
However due to a accident on I 95 South I was delayed for more than 1 1/2hr as my son sat and waited for me to arrive. Little did I know that he and Shawn Isaac had already talked about the type of vehicles I possibly would want to purchase which included color, model and accessories.
When I finally arrived flustered and on edge Mr Isaac immediately made me feel welcome and put me at ease. This allowed me to concentrate on my ultimate mission which was to look at the SUV's I was considering for purchase. He acted as if I had been there all along asking me questions about what I wanted and really listening to my questions and concerns!

Late in the summer of 2016 I was shopping for a Lexus RX 350. I had gone to Lexus of Towson, to meet Andrew Connor Gue as my salesperson. Connor had reached out to me via email and phone. There was something in his voice that told me he would be honest with me and not push me into anything I didn't want. What I was looking for in my new car, was not available in 2016. When the 2017's came in, Connor called me right away. I was, and still am, so very pleased with this dealership, and especially Connor. Connor went out of his way to make sure I was getting the vehicle I wanted (including the correct wheels), and spent a great deal of time with me going over the many features of the vehicle. Connor has been in contact with me several times, checking in on me and my new Lexus, and also informing me of the many ways Lexus of Towson is there to help. A good friend of mine recently bought a 2016 RX350 from another dealership, and has yet to have the personal contact
with her salesperson as I have had with mine. I highly recommend this
dealership, and esp. Andrew Connor Gue. AND, I am SO HAPPY with my first ever Lexus RX350.

In the past eight years I bought 7 cars so far this is the most pleasant experience I had.. that s why I m giving them a five stars!! Also.. I'm on my second car from Lexus of Towson. Loved my sales experience with John Butler, and my service writer Vince Geppi has proven to be the very best. I don't get super excited about car stuff but these folks definitely make it easy all the way around.
Felt ripped off after I bought the car, they really push for "extras" after the sale. They appeal to your spouse if they can't convince you to buy all the extra protections and options. They made me feel like I was cheap and or stupid for not taking advantage of the extras.
When I returned for service they told me they couldn't find anything wrong regarding the problems I had with the hatch and heater. Then, a few weeks later I got a recall notice for the hatch. Probably my last Lexus, and never again from Towson.
I purchased my car at Lexus of Towson few years ago and did all the services there. Everything was great until I had Brittany as my service advisor. It was my worst experience ever. She was very rude and unprofessional. After this terrible experience, I am seriously debating whether I ll return to Lexus of Towson for business.
I have had my vehicle serviced at Lexus, while I know this is a free service the quality of work there is terrible. This is the 2nd time I ve done the service and the car wash is below average. I have a white Lexus and it is still dirt on it everywhere. I truly expected a little more quality on these services.

This is my second experience purchasing a Lexus vehicle. While the actual sale was fine, I waited over 2 1/2 hours to finalize the loan paperwork. And after the sale was done we found out the vehicle was a loaner/company car. I wish that information was shared early in the process. As I found out after all the paperwork was done, there was only 1 person in the finance department that day. Had I been informed of that, I would have returned the next day to finalize the financials. I was extremely unhappy with the long wait.

Overall, Lexus of Towson service is reliable and responsive to service needs. I trust their expertise. Recently however, (on the airbag recall) it took much longer than expected and the technician broke the air vent cover on the dash as well as I had clips/clamps fall from under dash (thinking something may fall out on my leg :/) when I was driving and cuts/small gashes in the dash. The car is a "clean kept" 10 yr old car; however, my intuition suggests they were so busy someone rushed and was a bit sloppy. Moreover, I had to contact them to understand when the replacement cover would be in only to learn that it is on back order for about a month, where usually they're ahead of the game with communicating with customers. This is a one-time instance - the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
I "broke down" (battery died on me) right before July 4th holiday (on July 3rd 4:00 pm). Called Lexus and was told to get car in (towed/hot shot) and they'd take a look at - had an hour before service closed! However, upon arriving, service advisor Ricardo Benitez was fast in having a technician take a peek and realized, yep, it was the battery and changed it out in 1/2 hour tops! This is why I stay faithful to Lexus of Towson.

Vincent Geppi was hugely responsive and accommodating and able to get me into service this past Saturday when they were busy. I point this out because the appointment scheduler set up the wrong date (a week later) for my appointment that was in actuality scheduled that day - records of appointments (which is what I showed for them to understand the mistake on the scheduler). So accept your appointments from Lexus when they send electronically so that you verify. Thanks Vincent!

Kudos to Lexus of Towson, Ricardo Benitez and Jim Dick for "making it right". A service call for my power steering failure was mis-diagnosed and Ricardo and the service manager corrected the situation to my complete satisfaction. I am in the market for a new Lexus and had some doubt about going back to Towson Lexus. However, admitting a mistake and correcting it has gone a long way to keeping us as a customer.

Thought this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Lexus dealership. I dropped off my LS because the trunk wouldnt pop. After a few hours they quote $1,700 to fix it. I came to pick it up to find out since I didnt opt into paying that much I am being charged $145 just for assessing the situation. They told me they didnt want to pop the trunk because it could damage a mechanism. After doing some online forum research I found that you can just disconnect the battery for 10 seconds to reset the lock mechanism. They certainly knew this but wanted to just take me for my money. Choose your mechanic wisely.
Lexus of Townson is the only place I trust when it comes to maintenance on my 2004 SC430 vehicle. They are the reason why my car performance is excellent. Thank you to the staff in the service department. They are ALWAYS pleasant and welcoming in person and over the phone..

Worst service department I ve ever encountered. Oil change on July 10th led to stripped oil pan and leaking oil from drain plug, service dept. managers response that was a month ago I can t be accountable, we don t know who touched the car after we did -Bill Mortimer, I don t know who changes or touches a drain plug 1 month and less then a 100miles Driven after an oil change but this place will cost you dollars and not make sense avoid these weasels at all costs. As you can see below still refusing accountability and clearly making excuses. Facts are facts your shop services the vehicle on July 10th 1 month later the drain plug is leaking (a common known issue for this model anyways) and we find a stripped oil pan with a drain plug barely connected. From the look of the threads on the bolt and the pan the tech fastened it at an angle. Focus more on properly training your techs then worrying about reviews and you won t have this issue. By the way you resolve issues its obvious that training is a poor effort too, drain plugs work like this lefty loosy righty tighty say it with me. Your response alone proves my point. And get it straight never said I was in your shop but it s still the worst I ve encountered. Reached out to Lexus corporate who has been 100% more helpful in resolving this issue and actually showed some patience and concern for resolving the issue. Either way I m apart of the Lexus family now and see how some shops treat their customers without the slightest effort to even help find a resolution, but quick to formulate a response to a bad review. Bill Mortimer laughed at me when I reported this issue regardless of the glowing evidence I had.
I had a very positive experience at Lexus of Towson. It started by driving to the dealership and asking for someone to help me. Erik Brooks came right out. After a brief introduction he allowed me to test drive two vehicles of my choice. Later in our discussion I met Dan Morgan. He too was easy to work with. Two days later I brought my wife up for a test drive. We bought the car after meeting with Cassidy Drummond and we drove it home.
This is my fifth Lexus and I ve never been disappointed.
Andrew and the entire service department took great care of me! They addressed all of my concerns and talked with me before performing any work. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back in the future.

Took a 2017 Lexus NX Fsport saturday for an oil change. Left a ring and a royal farms gas card in my center console. Got the SUV back and noticed that both items were gone. The monetary value of the ring isn't high enough for me to worry about it and they can't use the gas card without the pin, so again another pointless item to steal. If you decide to take your lexus here for maintenance make sure you not leave anything of value at all, as it will magically disappear.
Scott Johnson, service manager, is awesome! He is efficient, friendly, and follows through on everything he says he will do! He makes my experience with Lexus of Towson worth the drive and time!

This review is specifically for sales consultant George Z, even though he's got the coolest last name he is chill guy. He knows the cars and replied my my online inquiries promptly. He provided info I requested in timely manner and answered all questions. He had the car ready for test drive and even waited patienly as I drove from over hour away and called to check if needed directions. He was nice enough to spend time with us while the slow finance guys got the paperwork together. After spending even more time with the finance guys it was relief to see he was still waiting for us and showed my wife tech features and helped her link up her phone and gave us info on resturants around so we could eat before the long drive back. I would definitely recommend George, he deserves 5 stars.

I went for 40K maintenance on my car 2/28 and had some loose change and $ stolen out of my arm rest. The reps had no business going through the arm rest and I got a VM from their customer manager but nothing today. I would think they would have the courtesy to call me and update me on my money.
Also I was given a loaner in place of my car, the car was gross, it was dusty, dirty and the seat has some sort of oily stain. I complained about it and told them not to bother about the outside, that I needed inside cleaned and dusted. They kept me waiting for 20 mins, outside of the car was cleaned but inside remained the same, i didn't address it a second time because i had a prior engagement. This is the second time I've been given a dirty car, UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!
So not only did I originally have issues with the dealership almost a year ago when I originally purchased the vehicle. But it had recently been brought to my attention that my brand new vehicle s registration had the wrong tag and title number on it than what was actually on the car and my title. I left three messages, and talked to someone at the front desk as well three times in regards to getting a call back as to why this may be with no response. I contacted the MVA, they instructed me to go to a location. They pulled up my info and said they could openly see the dealership had made mistakes and went to void them but never corrected the paperwork they gave me. This dealership is not only rude, they are careless, and I would not spend any of your time or money here.

Drove from D.C. for a rack and pinion replacement, which took 2 weeks after several calls I made to facilitate the work. Picked up my vehicle expecting top notch service but instead majorly disappointed...steering was much stiffer than before the "repair" and now there's a tire rubbing noise when I turn the steering wheel all the way to the right or left. Lexus usually washes your car after working on it but not only wasn't my vehicle cleaned, it had a horrible mildew smell and water soaked into my floor boards. Since it's been so rainy lately I logically suggested that someone had left window(s) open during service but I was told it was a sunroof drain, never happened before - ever. I had to drive back to Towson from D.C. to get the tire rubbing problem fixed but nothing was done about the cleaning of mildew and water. Horrible experience from a 3time Lexus owner.
Andrew Woo was excellent as my service advisor. It's a shame that Chelsea Django has left because she was the best. The high turnover in the service department is certainly the result of poor management attitudes and decisions. High turnover in personnel is always a sign of bad management.
I had the BEST experience at Lexus of Towson! Chris Meagher and Cassidy Drummond helped me through the whole process. I love my UX250h and Cassidy helped me download the Lexus app and showed me how to navigate the truck. These guys are the wonderful- I can t think them enough!!!

My experience with lexus of towson simply horrible. The first time I brought my lexus I had an easy exchange I guess because I dealt with my own bank. My next purchase I financed with lexus however they sent my bank their pay-off amount late which means I was still paying for a car I no longer had and to make matters worse 2-3 weeks later they called me in to inspect my car then come to find the car needed an alignment, brakes and back tires that they wanted me to pay for. The guy in finance told me that it was not their problem and that I would be responsible for the repairs. I called my lawyer and went back the very next day and they fixed the problem. Again money was still coming out my account because they never sent my bank the pay-off amount an addition to that when they finally did I lost money because they drew interest on it. They never sent me my payment statements or online banking set. I had to call them to see if they were going to send it or set my account up. Horrible and dishonest it blew my mind I will never ever buy or finance anything from lexus of towson ever!
Usually I have a great experience with lexus of Towson but this time was terrible. So much miscommunication and in the end the customer service was SO disappointing. It makes me think whether or not I want to keep taking my car to this dealership.

He s an excellent and knowledgeable Sales Consultant who takes wonderful care of us when each time we come to LoT. This is the 6th vehicle we ve gotten from him. Shout out to Kevin Ferg for working with me to get the deal I wanted on the vehicle I wanted and Cassidy Drummond for making the paperwork an effortless undertaking. We have been very satisfied customers of Lexus of Towson for a decade, and particularly appreciate the help of John Butler, our sales consultant. We have leased the IS 250, IS 350, RX 350 (twice) over the years. Although we are no longer living in Baltimore, we make the hour long trip to Towson every time our lease is up. We have considered other luxury cars, but Lexus definitely has the best balance of what we are looking for in a car! Their service department also is really well run. We plan to continue leasing/buying from them well into the future.
We recently purchased our fifth Lexus from Lexus of Towson and would certainly go back again. I have to say the best part of our experience was working with our salesperson, George Z. He was knowledgeable, prompt with his responses, and after I had looked at many pre-owned cars, got me the certified pre-owned car that was perfect for me! (which I am picky and was no easy task!) If you go to Lexus, ask for George, he will not disappoint! If I could give him 100 stars if I could! I also got a very fair cost right off the bat, so no unnecessary haggling. :)
Tremendous experience with Sherwood Schaffernoth as our sales representative. In one meeting we handled all outstanding issues and my wife drove off in her 2019 GX 460. The entire team at Lexus of Towson was first class!
My service consultant was very nice however I was in the shop for 4 hours just for a oil change.
My consultant advised me that I had a nail in my tire and it needed to be replaced at a cost of $250 without looking into the history of my car and contract and finding that I had the tire coverage so that would be taken care of. This information was relayed to me by my husband and I told my consultant and at that point he discovered that I actually do have that protection and my tired was replaced. Which was another hour.

I will never bring my vehicle back to this location. Ive been here twice and the first time I was told my car wouldn t be done within a guven time. I had to come back the next day to get service finished.
Today I brought my car in this morning for an oil change and was told to pick it up at noon. I come back and services were not completed and still didnt get the car wash because of miscommunication.
I have yet to have a pleasurable experience so I woll no longer come here.
I've been getting my service done here for 7 years now, and i used to receive at least good or better service, however it's gone drastically downhill over the past two years. After the latest recal service - i can only say that Ill never come back here and suggest you use a different dealer if you require warranty service. The account reps keep changing and sometimes don't even show up for work, and it causes severe delays. The ONLY benefit that remained valid is their loaner program. It's good and convenient. But that's it. Their work has required I return due to issues (not every time but it happens), and I now always have to wait 40+ minutes for them to release my car even after they've called and said it was complete. This pretty much negates any benefit the loaner program provides. It's a shame - as i really wish they could get their act together.
Took my car in for the airbag recall. They were ready for me when I arrived, had my loaner car ready and called me promptly when the work was completed. Love that you get a free car wash when you have service there. My service advisor Karwin Turner was courteous and professional. Very comfortable waiting room
Just got a vehicle from Lexus of Towson and had a great experience. Thank you Josh for making the exploration and decision-making process easy. I have purchased cars from different states in the country in the past but never from a person (Josh) and dealer that pays so much attention to the little things - from the detailing of the car to showroom ready to providing data and answers to questions without pressure of a sale. The service department here is top notch, which I expect of a Lexus dealer (but isn't always true). They get routine maintenance done super fast and they've gone above and beyond for me on a couple of occasions even though I leased my LS460 elsewhere. When my lease is up I'll definitely give their sales guys a chance.
