Buying process was ok but car left the lot without being properly prepped. The dealership overall does not have enough attention to detail and the needs of the consumer.
I really love the friendliness of this place . It was my first time getting my car serviced here since it was the first time service was due on my car since I bought it in 2018 November . I was at the service department and I got the opportunity to work with Tammy . A great person , knows an abundant amount of information on cars , honest , flexible and a great attitude . Yes it was really busy the day I walked in ; today , but she still kept a happy face and was really helpful . Definitely coming back here for any service on my 2015 IS350 , and this dealership is close to me as well - a win - win scenario !!

Awesome experience, ordered my car (2020 RX 350) a while ago, but due to COVID-19 the delivery was delayed. However the final process was very smooth. Mario Melgar was my salesmen, he kept me updated and was very patient with me in designing my car. He also educated me on the features and gave his best recommendation. I did not feel pressured into anything, matter of fact he kept reminding me that I don t have to get it if I m not fully comfortable. I totally enjoyed the entire experience. I have been buying cars for personal use for almost a half century and this is the first time that I purchased an automobile on the first day of my physical search. Part of this quick buy was due to a lot of research on the Internet that allowed me to feel comfortable with the features and fair prices for the cars I considered. But the biggest factor was the helpful salesmanship manners of AJ Jones at Lindsay Lexus. I told him what I was looking for in a Certified Preowned ES350, and he was very knowledgeable of his inventory and the features of the cars that met my requirements. AJ is a very personable salesperson that depicts none of the stereotypical "used car salesman" techniques. I thought that I would have to wait 1 1/2 - 2 hours for my car to be serviced. However, I was pleasantly surprised that it only took an hour. Great service!
Everyone had on masks and gloves! They had the seats in the waiting area set up 6 feet apart. I was seen right away with my service specialist! My service was only an hour for the 5,000 mile maintenance! I just think everything ran smoothly and Sherry Lewis is the best! Also, the young lady working at the parts service desk was very helpful.

The price they offered on the CPO RX400h we purchased was very fair, and the vehicle was in great condition. My husband brought the car in this morning for its check-up and was greeted warmly as soon as he walked in. He was early for his appointment, and a young man offered to take him. He was friendly and helpful, which was much appreciated. The waiting rooms were stocked with coffee, and edible treats, perfect for an early morning appointment . Worst experience I ve EVER had at any Lexus dealership. I usually go to Pohanka Lexus for all my servicing needs and it s always a pleasure but I decided to bring my car here this time since it s closer to home. Now I wish I didn t. Called in the day before to clarify they d be able to accommodate me since I m not a regular and that I get my car serviced for free at Pohanka. They said it wasn t an issue at all. Took in my vehicle but they never once told me I owed them anything until AFTER the car was ready for pick up. Every other dealership or servicing center I ve ever been to, either told me ahead of time of what my total would be. Nothing here. Not when I dropped my car off, not even a call while I waited for the call. When I went to pick up my car, I was told I owed them nearly $200- absolutely OUTRAGEOUS!! Rude employee (Andrew) and manager (Sultra) handled the situation very poorly. She said the best she could do was split the bill with me. This is not how you treat a customer, especially one who is at no fault. Situation was extremely stressful and they made no effort to make it better. Had I known this would happen, I would ve just went to Pohanka as I usually did. Lesson learned. Never going back to this one.
Not what I expected. I was quoted 180 for a pre-purchase inspection by the lerson who made the appointment, but then was charged 240 at check out. They compromised and brought it down to 215 but still didnt honor the price I was originally quoted. Not only that, there were obvious things that were not noted on the inspection (paint chip on back near emblem and missing weatherstrip on front windshield, somehow they noted my wipers were streaky though) that I already knew and they didnt thoroughly inspect to make note of these items. I was also told the windshield was probably replaced because the woman didnt see the Lexus logo on the glass. But after I left, I checked again and it is clearly there under the inspection sticker visible. I feel that the inspection was not thorough and easy things were missed. I was also told it would take about 2 hours but took longer. Nice waiting area but overall I wasnt impressed and not sure I will return based on that experience.
Always a great visit. Tony was my service manager today and he along with the service crew were wonderful. My car was serviced in less time than I expected as I waited in the comfortable lounge for it. I was offered a loaner car but since I had time to spare today, I decided to sit in the lounge and watch TV while I waited. My car looked like a new vehicle when they returned it. It was very clean and I was proud to drive away in it!

Mr. Ski was very professional and the wait wasn't bad. I appreciate the thorough write up they gave mw in regards to my vehicle. I will miss Mr. Jay Khan but Mr. Ski should be able to provide the same exceptional service regardless if my car is 1 or 11 years old.. They did give me my car back just as dirty as i gave it to them tho. wow... I went in for an oil change and quote for cosmetic isssues and both were fulfilled!

I throughly enjoyed my experience with Ms. Sherry and Lexus of Alexandria. She took great car of me and my vehicle, provided me a courtesy loaner for 5 days just so I would no be inconvenienced while service repairs were made. She provided great communication on everything , what my car needed , why it was needed , and service was completed in a timely manner. She even tracked my some items it left in the loaner vehicle which it seem like she did only seconds after I reached out to her to see if they could be retrieved. Additionally, it was 11 my year old daughters birthday week and this the courtesy loaner allowed me not to miss a beat and my daughter also fell in love wit the loaner. She stated she want this to be first car. Ms. Lewis is my go to from now on when my vehicle needs service.

Lindsay Lexus is a good place to lease a car. Service is extremely nice and welcoming. Dealers are not as pushy as other dealers from other dealerships.

Great service once you arrive but made an appointment in advance and the service agent on the phone didn t actually book my appointment in their system. Had to wait longer than expected.
Nguyen Le was very professional and friendly. The service was completed efficiently and while my vehicle was in the shop they offered me a loaner at no additional charge. The only reason this isn t 5 stars is because the prices are above average.
