Sold me a USED GX470 that was in an accident. They sold it as certified. Parts fell off of the car as I drove away. I travelled up to the dealership 3 times, got a lawyer, met with the manager and nothing. I wrote to Lexus Toyota Corp) several times to never get anything addressed. I finally went back to my regular Lexus dealer in Rockville. They made everything right though I did loose money. Lexus of towson are a bunch of dirtbags. Dealership is a rip off!!!
