Our Service Rep was Joshua Merrert and this was the first time we had him assist us with our service. Joshua provided us with the usual excellent customer service that Lexus of Towson has provided through the years. I have already informed the Service Manager how happy we were with Joshua and how helpful he was during our last visit. Thank you Joshua!
