I called in today 12/27/17 to find out about my tire warranty since I bought them here. Simple task right?? WRONG! I have never been through such a struggle for one question to be answered! My call was transferred 3 times and every single person I got transferred to could not answer my question. For Len Stoler to be such a big name and have overpriced everything that people pay for, I would at least think there would be a group of somewhat professionally trained staff that would have answers for their customers. With that being said Len Stoler Lexus of Towson you can keep my tire warranty,after today and my last bad experience I had with you I Will take my business elsewhere. Thank you for your help in making this decision and I m looking forward to saving more money with better service.
