First experience with Lexus of Nashville and things could not have been better. Greeted by Paul Hale at the door. He was very accommodating and informative. After a test drive and introduction to the many features of the RX350 he introduced me to the sales manager Larry Godwin. I never felt any pressure and was offered a very fair deal. After purchasing the RX350 I was introduced to Jason Landers who is a technology specialist. Jason was very knowledgeable and patient with me as he explained the many features that are available. When delivery was made Paul helped customize the RX350 settings to my preferences. First class experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend Paul and Lexus of Nashville.

I brought my Lexus LS here and was made aware of a warranty enhancement by my advisor Wendy Egles. The parts were ordered and I was notified when they arrived. Lexus comped a loaner vehicle for me. The service I received was top notch. My advisor made sure I was satisfied with all the work. I highly recommend this dealer and advisor. The mechanic Austin also did a great job with the work. I will be a Lexus customer for life!

I arrived late in the day without an appointment shopping for my Fiance. Trent, our salesman, was amazing. He greeted us as soon as we walked up and had us testing out cars in no time. It was tons of fun, and very informative. Younger buyers interested in a Lexus should ask for Trent. I'll be coming back in a few years when I'm shopping for my car.

I would never use this dealer again for service. I was charged $480 for a 20, 000 mile service and that service should run approx. $115. I should only consist of an oil change, tire rotation, and a complimentary car wash. I have owned 5 Lexus automobiles and have always paid the $115 for the 20,000 mile service. My dealer in Atlanta would always call me if there was a charge that I might not be expecting, and I would have wanted the same done to me at a visiting dealer. The service supervisor did lower my bill to $248, but I was still not happy. Very bad experience and just would not recommend this dealer to anyone. The service rep. [ Mitchell Kirby ] that I had was only one week on the job, but he should have been taught that you call a customer if there is something out of the norm to be done to your vehicle.

On November 29th I had to get my car towed to Lexus of Nashville. Chris was my service man, he was very helpful and provided great communication concerning my car and told me I could come pick it up since they were done. Long story short it wasn't starting up.The initial fix was simple my car required a hand full of new fuses. So that day, I had a buddy drop me off after work so I could pick it up, my car started but wouldn't drive. At first I first I was upset, I lived over 40 mins away and wasn't about to make my wife, toddler and newborn fight Nashville traffic to come pick me up. Oh yeah and I forgot to mention that it was 6:30pm, 30 mins after the dealership had closed. Fortunately, many employees were still available, Ivan the director of service was able to assist. Ivan was very helpful, nice and most importantly understanding. But we had another issue, Lexus had no loaner cars I could drive; living 40mins away this wasn't going to fly. So Ivan and Derrick were able to pull a used car and tag it as a loaner until my car was fixed. Derrick provided me with a loaner car at no charge and both Ivan/Chris fixed my car also at no charge. Chris, Ivan, and Derrick were all genuine men and know how to go the extra mile for their customers. It seems that this dealership knows how to hire nice and honest men. My company (which i will not mention the name but I can tell you that we manufactures cars) probably wouldn't like me saying this but because of them I will be buying my next car from Lexus of Nashville. I am very appreciative for Lexus of Nashville. I recommend all car owners to have their car serviced at Lexus of Nashville.

My husband and I went to Lexus of Cool Springs where we had an awful experience with the sales manager there. We LOVED LOVED LOVED our sale guy Tyrone and were so blessed when he offered to meet us here at the Nashville location to look at a vehicle. Tyrone is one of the best people I've met, genuine and down to earth. We are so glad we decided to trust him and come to this Nashville location. Jacob the Preowned Car Manager was just as genuine such a breath of fresh air to work with. They both listened to our needs and Jacob made our financial needs his priority got us the rate and payment we desired. Will be back to do business when it is time for our next upgrade!! Thank You So much to the both of you!!!!

Brought a Lexus in for lease return and when I arrived was asked about the second key, to which I said that I had left it at home (my wife had it as two keys, two people) and was on my way to work but also stated I was under the assumption that Wear and Tear policy would cover it. The Finance Manager who took the lease return said, "Oh, well if you have Excess Wear and Use then yea, you should be fine." I signed, mentioned how it was easy to just sign and walk away, Finance Manager said "Yep, it's that easy and if I owed anything Lexus Financial would be in touch."

Low and behold, a month later, I receive a bill. $350 disposition fee (cleaning etc.) and $375 Excessive Wear and Use. I called Lexus Financial and was told that the $375 was the key but that on page 1 of Excess Wear and Use, a key is not covered. Astounded that I received bad information from the dealer, I asked if I could receive a credit and explained the situation. I was told to contact Lexus of Nashville as they gave the wrong information.

I went to Lexus of Nashville and spoke with the Finance Manager who took the lease return. They were shocked that I had been billed for the key and said, "What does Excess Wear and Use even cover if it doesn't cover the key?" I GAVE THEM THE SECOND KEY ON THIS DAY. I told them what Lexus Financial said and they told me they were going to take care of the problem and the fee would be credited.

After the holidays (Xmas & New Years), I received a phone call from the General Sales Manager at the dealership. He told me that the story he was hearing from his employee was different than what my story was and that his employee has never lied. He offered me a credit at their dealership of $375. What made him think we would ever do business at the dealership is beyond me. We explained what happened and he said it didn't make any sense.

We offered him to take into consideration, that if his employee had said what she claims, which is that she told us that we would have to deal with Lexus Financial over the missing key and never said it was covered under Excess Wear and Use, then why wouldn't I return with the key that very day. Or since we turned in the lease early, why wouldn't they reach out to me when they filled out the paperwork and included the missing key on the claim to Lexus and told me that I would be charged so I could return the key beforehand.

I would highly recommend anyone that is considering doing any business at Nashville of Lexus to AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP and take your business elsewhere. Shady business practices, shady Finance Manager, and a GSM who supports them even when the details don't make sense.

I only write this because I want the OWNER(JUNIOR) to see what huge mistake he has made by letting go the finest members of the Lexus of Nashville family. You may be from Texas but you don't know what Tennessee stands for, LOYALTY! You must not have that in TX! These people built the brand here in Nashville,TN, they made shopping at a new car franchise a simple and non pressured environment! I bought many new cars from both stores, I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER ONE FROM YOUR STORE! I will buy from other Lexus dealerships even if it will cost me more just to not do business with people that have no morals. Respect is number one in my book and you need to read a copy of it!

Besides excellent service the dealership is well kept and pleasant offering refreshments and light lunches while waiting for your car. They've also offered loaner cars and local transportation if needed. I can't say enough about how well they've treated me. I have THE BEST service rep... Chris!!

If you realy think the 5 star reviews are real, READ THIS FIRST. (Im beginning to think the good reviews are white folks and the bad are black. maybe that's why I always get treated like my car is not important but my money is)

Update: Not that this is a surprise. went in with my friend from out of town and he was disappointed. He said he never had such poor service. They said they fixed a problem but all they did was reset they fault. He is on the road and going to find a dealer on his way home. I might add, New staff this week. This location goes through personnel like diapers on a baby. They stink and leave.

I read the Puma Punku review and i would have to agree, Lexus of Nashville is a mess. Large turnover of personnel, poor communication and record keeping of service and when I was asked to bring the car back the next day to finish a warranted repair! I was pissed. Was told they were out of loaner vehicles. If i am told a loaner policy, by God you better honor it.
Well I was up at the Keeneland Racecourse in Lexington, Kentucky for the past 2 weeks and stopped into the Lexus dealer. OH MY GOD! WHAT A CHANGE!
Now the service manager at Lexus of Lexington offered to "PICK UP" my car in Hopkinsville, KY and leave a loaner.
Buy Buy Nashville, the only true effort I see you do is create fake 5 star reviews. Why do I believe that? Because the GM has not returned a call in 3 months.

Even being out of state we had no problems and everything was done fast and efficiently. I would recommend Lexus of Nashville if you are looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle.

I was looking for a car online and found one located at this dealership. The first time I called, I asked for information on a particular SUV I saw. I was told he would call me back because he had to get more info on it because it just came in. I never heard back from him. I called a second time asking for a specific sales person, then I had to leave a voicemail. No return call (text) until the next day. I called a third time trying to speak with anyone that would help me and I finally got someone. I visited the dealership, test drove the SUV and later me and my husband would have some reservations about the vehicle. I was told they would service it and they would call me back when it's ready to view/test drive again and that they would move it to the top of the priority list to be serviced. Seven days later, I'm still waiting. Customer service is dead here and they are obviously not interested in selling anything. I've never been treated like this before with any dealership, especially Lexus. What a disappointment.

I have lost total trust in LEXUS.
When available, we are buying the 2018 Acura MDX . WHY?
I have owned 15 new Lexus vehicles in my life, tbe last 8 were from JM Lexus in Florida and moved to the Nashville area in 2015. I quickly learned that the Lexus of Nashville is not up to the standards of any Lexus dealer I have come across in my travels. Tried Cool Springs, they were better but with having the same GM as Nashville, our problems would only partially get addressed.
In March 2016, I bought a 2016 RX350 for my wife. Over time I found I can not trust a single word they say. When the problems started I called Lexus USA with concerns and they were very sorry about the problems. Lexus USA called back and said they could not get the Nashville GM to return call. Not surprised because I could not get the Sales Manager or GM to call me as well. There is not enough space to list the issues but ill list a few. Tires were not wearing evenly after first 5000 miles. Tires in the yellow at 18,000. My wife reported to Nashville each service the problem. Tires were past wear indicators at 25,000. After four changed in service advisor and issues not being fixed, we went to Lexus of Cool Springs. Finally an alignment was checked and was told it was very likely caused at delivery based on their experience, BUT Nashville told us it was from a car wash when they did the alignment at 5000 (but no record). Nashville said it was our fault, but the only automated car was we used was the Lexus of Nashville courtesy was during service visits. I digress, So during that Cool Springs visit, an overdue (unknown) recall was completed. A malfunctioning hands free trunk opener, the one where you wave your hand near the Lexus badge? The one we could not get to work but was told at each service it was fine? FIXED at Cool Springs. As well as the leather panels in the cabin that were all blotches from Nashville improper Simoneizing and getting tire bright sprayed into the cabin and not on the tire during the prep for purchase pickup. $$$$$ in all, but no cost to us BUT at pickup I was told at Cool Springs I needed new tires ( $1500) What about all the records with nashville? Any comp for their mistake? Cool Springs said that had to be taken up with Nashville. This is when our service records started missing customer remarks before service. But before to much could disappear, we took the car to Lexus of Lexington, KY. Lexington replaced tires for free and apologized for what they read in the service record and the condition of the leather from Lexus of Nashville improper application. Not all the leather could be replaced at cool springs.
BRAKE PADS.
When i bought the car I asked if the brake pads were ceramic, and was told yes. Told this week at 32,000 we don't have ceramic and pads need replacing (+$550).
Lexus of Nashville sold me a $4000 service agreement. Told it was good for 5 years past the first free year and oil changes at every 5000 mile service. Learned from Lexington that it is only a 50,000 agreement ans we have only received 2 oil changes before the 30,000. When we were asked by Lexus of Lexington what the car was being used for? They were shocked and said we should never have been sold that service plan, we were covered the first year for free anyway. March was the one year mark....Lexus of Nashville scammed us out of $4000. I just wanted my wife to have a hassle free experience.
We now have the car serviced 3.5 hours away in Lexington , KY (5 STAR SERVICE).
NOTE: if some things don't match up with miles and time frame, sorry, just take my word for it, this is 100% more accurate than the records we asked for this week. One service in Nashville is completely missing but the record of the loaner car that day? I have.

We leased a vehicle here in 2016 and the initial purchase transaction went very well. However, this review really speaks more to 2019.

In early summer, I called to schedule service. Long story short, it took us 3 days to get a service date schedule because our advisor would not return our call. I did not get a call back until I called and left a message for the General Manager of the dealership. When we took the vehicle in for our scheduled appointment, we were not on the books. This worked out ok because it was just a minor service but when we sat down with the advisor, he tried to sell us a service that included changing the spark plugs, which interestingly have become worth a small fortune since I was young. My 21 year old daughter reminded him that had already been done. After a bit of back and forth, he finally admitted she was correct. This was her vehicle and the first time I had sat with this advisor and i was not at all impressed with him. She had complained about him for some time but I never really gave it a lot of thought.

4-6 weeks before the lease termination date, we began the process of buying the vehicle out of the lease. I had to make countless calls and it was not unusual that no one even answered the telephone and when we did get someone, we would leave messages and not get called back for days.

After finally completing the lease buyout in mid-August, we were supposed to receive a new license plate. As I write this review on Oct 5, the plate and has not arrived and I have yet to receive a response from the dealer. Our current tags expired on 9/30.

Overall, the quality level of the Lexus vehicle far exceeds the quality level of this dealership in 2019.

I don t trust this dealer as far as I could throw them. Not only were they under staffed, after hours of my time o was delivered my car for its 60K $650 tune up with a trashed tire (see pics). Be sure to have time set aside. I brought my car in at the scheduled time and waited more than 15 min the garage before anyone spoke to me. And then waited inside for over 30min before I had to insist on being assisted. Then, the next day, a Saturday morning, I called in advance to ask if it was ready and it was confirmed. We drove over to the dealership and again I waited 20 minutes (watching two other people who came in after me be assisted). I then see the vehicle pulled around and the front left tire was FLAT. Well - they are buying a new tire. And paying for the service. But the fact is this was totally in acceptable. And dare I say more than patronizing.

Absolutely completely recommend. Here is my background. I concierge purchase vehicles for people as my job. I m in and out of a LOT of dealers. We first arrived with our toddlers in tow, which they took it in stride. They assisted us chasing kiddos while trying to check out the highlander. Negotiations were easy and fair. Great money for our trade and great money for the new vehicle. Kyle even purchased weather Tec mats for us himself! Brandy has shuttled vehicles to my house ( we had a little issue that was quickly resolved ) and brought us a loaner. Every expectation met. Just as the Lexus way describes. Even on a used car! So many thanks from us!! Kyle and Brandy treat you like you re important. Not just a sale. And these days in the car world that s a lot.

My husband and I drove over 2 hours to look at an RX350. We spent most of the morning at the dealership because I couldnt make up my mind. Joseph was more than patient and even recommended a wonderful lunch spot for us to discuss the vehicles over. A few hours later, I decided I wanted a GX460 (typical woman). Between Joseph, Greg, and Rick, they truly made our first Lexus experience great! We highly recommend Lexus of Nashville and will definitely be back (in a few years)!

Disclosure: I drive a Lexus IS350C. Previous owner of other luxury/sport vehicles from Mercedes, BMW, and others. I have no personal connections with anyone from this dealership. I write this review only because I felt compelled after the honest and exceptional service they provided to me.

The service at Lexus at Nashville is phenomenal. I took my car in one night due to a problem with my convertible s hardtop (actually my care of the hardtop) and was expecting this to be at least a weeklong repair. Instead, I was notified the next day (a Saturday) that the problem was already fixed and that they will also have the safety recall taken care of by the time I picked up my vehicle. The fact that no major repair was really needed I found to be especially trustworthy. Ask for Eric Jones, I don't know where they found this guy, but they need ten more of him. He is the epitome of exceptional service and attention to detail. Everyone from the receptionist s desk to Eric cannot be spoken more highly of it is, I m convinced, the result of a department very well run. I ve had service with Mercedes, BMW, and others, and while they were all great, Lexus distinctly surpasses them all.

Look no further.

For the record this dealership sold me a 2020 Lexu...

For the record this dealership sold me a 2020 Lexus ES that had over $12,000 worth of repairs done to it. The car had been apparently shot up and had a claim filed on the car. It was conveniently sent to a collision repair shot that didn t report to CarFax or AutoCheck. It was sold as a CERTIFIED vehicle when I purchased it. I would suggest staying away from this dealership because if they did it to me, they will do it to you. On a side note, when they realized they messed up they offered to cancel the deal like it never happened. They never admitted to any wrong doing but obviously they knew they messed up. They then sent the vehicle to auction after it was returned.

Update- Kyle thanks for your response. Unfortunately I should not have had to bring it to your attention since you all already knew the car had been shot up. Your store paid the claim on it. Also, I am glad to see someone at your store, you in this case, admitted you all made a mistake. The only thing I could get from your staff was you all were willing to cancel the deal but no admission of any wrong doing was ever given. Sometimes honesty is the best policy instead of hiding the facts. Good luck with your business. Thanks.

My husband & I are from Illinois. I saw this 2018 Lincoln MKX on the cargurus.com website, and called Lexus of Nashville to inquire about it. The salesman I talked to was Romaine Clue, and he was extremely helpful. Even tho it was dusk, he went out on the lot and took pictures and shot video of the inside and outside of the car. He was very cheerful, and happy to please. I arranged to drive down and test drive, and my husband and I could not have been happier with the car, Romaine, or the dealership. The gentleman who processed our paperwork was also very nice. Impressive dealership, impressive salesman, impressive MKX!

Friendly, & courteous my only complaint would be that they need to take over the dealer ship closer to my house so i don't have to drive quit so far.

What a phenomenal experience! I'm from Memphis and randomly called to see if Lexus of Nashville could give me a better deal on a 2017 Lexus RX350 than Lexus of Memphis. Wow, did they! To top it off, they were the nicest, friendliest people to deal with. Ask for Lewis, he's the BEST. He talked to my friend on the phone back and forth for about a week and found the car (with my specifications) in KY. Had the car shipped to their dealership then drove to Jackson to meet me (during a snow storm). Then he spent about an hour going through every detail of the car and making sure it was all set up to drive back home. Oh, and he even filled up my tank for me! I have to say, Lexus of Memphis is losing out BIG TIME by being rude & refusing to negotiate off the price. This is my 3rd Lexus in 8 yrs & I'm extremely loyal to the brand & now to Lexus of Nashville.

Trust me Memphians - price check with Nashville before you buy. It's worth the 45 min drive to Jackson to save the $1800 that I saved!! Plus, who doesn't want friendly service to boot! Remember, ask for Lewis!

We just purchased a Lexus LS460 from Lexus of Nashville and did it totally from home. We were fortunate enough to have Romain as our Sales Consultant. He did an outstanding job including a walk around video, negotiating a very fair price for us, AND he drove the car to our home in Paducah, KY! He went over everything about the car with us, had all the paperwork that needed to be signed and drove our trade back to Nashville. I would suggest that anyone wanting a vehicle from Lexus of Nashville to ask for Romain. He is a gem!

My wife and I had been car shopping for a specific Lexus for months. We couldn t find the right match nor the right dealership. Car buying can be very stressful, especially if you don t have the perfect seasoned salesman to ease the process. We had the luxary of working with Paul. Not only did he keep my wife at ease he took his time, answered all questions with confidence and went above and beyond to make our buying experience feel luxary or VIP. After the papers were signed we went out to see the car. It wasn t where we had parked it. As he noticed we realized this, he politely asked us to look to the right at the big red bow! He had an enormous red bow placed ontop of my wife s new previously enjoyed lexus. Paul totally made the buying experience pleasureable and had exhausted all buying anxiety. We will definitely do business with Paul again in the future! Highly recommend!!

They are liar and cheat on you, i have bought Cadillac SRX after purchase of next week I found the car has leak on top roof when it's raining, I went to the dealer and they said as it is i bought, but they said the vehicle has no issue they didn't tell me the vehicle had a leak problem. Water coming from everywhere, I went to the sales man and he said you bought as it is he never said the car has leaking problem. They give me report of it but not mentioned about leak and drainage problem. I still suffer for that, I loose my $14000 doller They cheating on me. I never buy from any car in future.

We recently purchased our vehicle from Lexus of Nashville. Mr. Jim Lawrence was who we dealt with, and was great to work with. What made this experience even better was it was a full team effort. We also had the pleasure of working with Mr. Beau Leslie. The rest of team was top notch as well, Ms. Carletta, Mr. Joseph, Mr. Zach, and Mr. Jason were excellent. They were all very professional, but also very kind and sincere with everything. They made sure that all are needs were taken care of. Matthew helped me tremendously today when I showed up with a flat tire. He didn t have to help me, but he and the rest of the team did. Everyone was very warm and welcoming and brightened my day during an otherwise stressful time. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Lexus.

WORST SERVICE AND AWFUL STAFF!

WORST SERVICE AND AWFUL STAFF!
I went in to look at the sedans as it's gonna be my first car purchasing experience! I was treated well enough to learn that they are RACISTS, PREJUDICED And they are AWFUL people in the entire showroom! I told the sales guy that this is going to be my first car and my credit score is in between good and very good. However, I was Pre approved by my bank for good amount enough to get most of any sedans in the lot. Then while we were at the car, the sales manager (a lady well dressed for what she doesn't worth) came over and gave me a little lecture on how guys who can't afford a Lexus want to have one like me can't get a test drive!! She wanted to run a credit check and see if I'm worthy enough to touch the cars in their stupid lot! I just told her that I'm not interested in her prying into my financials where I need nothing from them!
FYI: I got a much better and much bigger car with an incredible sales person at another facility!

Respect people you stupid arrogant people!!

I have been taking my RX 330 to this location for scheduled preventive maintenance since 2014. Recently one of my neighbors clipped my driver side mirror, bending it almost all the way forward. After getting a $700 replacement estimate from a body shop, I dropped by the service bay without an appointment to see if the mirror could be repaired instead of replaced. It took the head mechanic Matt, who just happened to be in the service bay, less than five minutes to get the mirror back on track, and the transaction was closed with only "thank you" and a handshake.

Traded an older truck for a newer version from them three weeks ago, bought them a check from my credit union. As of today the deal still isn t done, they are requesting information that should have been confirmed when they accepted the check. Upon taking possession of my car it took them 35 minutes to find the keys. The brand new car wasn t even clean to my or Lexus standards. This whole experience has been below standard. I am sincerely dissatisfied with this dealership. We wanted to buy another car, guess we will try out another dealership.
