The buying experience was very easy. Our salesman, Romaine Clue, was outstanding. While he is a top notch salesperson, he s an even better person. There was no pressure to buy and Romaine was constantly educating my wife and I on the car we purchased, before and after the deal was done. The dealership as a whole was clean and organized and all employees were helpful and courteous.
Doug was great, explained all of our choices and did he best to accommodate us.

I enjoy working with Mark at Lexus of Nashville. He shows that he cares about service and his customers.
Asked for an inspection because of some odd vibrations from underneath the car when driving at higher speeds 50ish+. Lexus said they ll do an inspection on the car and test drive it. Results came back and they said the car is in perfect condition and nothing was found in the inspection or road test. Obviously they didn t test drive it because if they did then they would of also heard the super loud and obnoxious vibrations happening. FYI driving the car around the dealership is not considered a test drive . We specifically told them the noises are super noticeable at highway speeds but they still found nothing on their test drive . Super disappointed
People were nice of course, but not the VIP treatment they used to give. The wait seems longer now a days too. If business is better, hire more people so you can keep up with the demand.
Called the dealership over the course of 3 days and send emails as well. Left messages and no call backs/no return emails from the service department. Crazy how I can't even talk to someone.
We had an exceptional experience at Lexus of Nashville. We worked with a wonderful, knowledgeable, and thoughtful sales person named Romaine. I have been looking for this vehicle for 9 months. I had been to several dealerships but had never met anyone with as much knowledge about the vehicle as Romaine did. He was patient and showed me every feature the vehicle offered as well as how to use them. I would have never been able to use all the features if he had not taken the time to explain them to me. Romaine made buying a Lexus exactly what you dream buying a Lexus would be like. He even put the big red Lexus bow on my car after it was detailed! I had dreaded going to another dealership but Romaine made it an excellent experience. If you are shopping for a Lexus it is totally worth going to Lexus of Nashville and talking to Romaine. You will not be disappointed! And I love my Lexus!!!

The rating is based on the treatment received by the Tech/Service Center. Having the 1st appt. of the day with a 1-2hr estimated time for wheel (rim) repair turned into 7.5 hours where 7 of those hours, I was completely ignored and given no updates. I watched many customers come in and given a short tour and updates on their vehicles periodically. Worst automotive maintenance experience I've ever had.
I would've given a 1 Star rating but the Sales Staff and snack/lunch Dept. doesn't deserve a bad rating. While I was there for service and not sales, the sales staff was kind, engaged in conversation and I can see their dedication to Lexus. Also, the snack department's lunch sandwich was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The lady working that area does her job exceptionally well.

I purchased a used Lexus a couple of weeks ago from a different dealership (not a Lexus dealership) and decided to take it to Lexus to start a relationship there. Jason was amazing to work with in the service department. And talk about customer service?! Shannon has one of the brightest smiles I ve ever seen and was so kind. Jason communicated so well, and even ran my VIN to check for any recalls without me even asking him to.

Man listen.... Steve Barrios is the (sales)MAN! We went in just browse the Lexus IS and after about 2 hours of looking and test driving, Steve presented us with a fantastic deal. Just to be fair, we went to Gary Force Acura (IN THE IS F-Sport!!!!) to see how they could compete since that was supposed to be our next stop anyway, but they couldn't come anywhere near the price and APR we were getting from Lexus of Nashville. And to be honest, their car wasn't as sexy. While we were in Brentwood, we spotted the exact IS F-Sport color combo we wanted next door at Lexus of Cool Springs and Steve worked his magic to seal the deal. We are more than thrilled with everyone involved with the sales process.

After several attempts to get my air bag replaced on my Lexus SC430 at the Lexus dealer in Franklin I called Lexus of Nashville and they got me very quickly. Changed the air bag in record time and actually apologized for the other dealer's lack of response. Nashville Lexus has taken care of my Lexus for over 3 years! I have never been disappointed. Yesterday, my car engine light was on. I was frightened and decided to walk in without an appointment because I know they can help me! They did not turn me down and tried their best to help me, especially Mark Smith. He talked to other staff to find a loaner car for me. Mark has taken care of my car for the past 3 years and always provides high quality service!
Keith Brown, their courtesy driver, is also nice, never late for picking up customers and always drops customers at a convenient place.

Had the pleasure of working with David Haley on a recent purchase. It was an out of state deal and he was more than accommodating. Upon arrival the vehicle was exactly as described. He took the time to send pictures as well as video of the vehicle. We also arrived to all paperwork being ready for signing and were back on our way home in no time. Great atmosphere and service. Would highly recommend.
I would not recommend this dealer for out-of-town purchases, because you may waste a trip.
I made an offer over the phone, but the salesperson botched it. He did not know what "walk-out price" meant. Afterwards, he would not return my calls, even though I kept getting inquiries from the coordinator as to when I would be coming down to look at the vehicle.
Bottom line: they knew they could sell the vehicle without having to show basic courtesy to everyone. I hope I am wrong, but I would not trust them to keep their word in other matters.
Our experience got off to a rocky start after the car we were going to look at had been loaned out for the day. But things took a 180 from there. Nival M. went out of his way to make things right and take care of us. His transparency was unlike anything I've encountered when buying a car. I also want to thank my salesmen, Joseph Chargois, he is very knowledgeable with the sale of my RX350 and very patient with me on how to maneuver with all the new features. Went to the dealership for the first time about a month ago and drove out with a new Lexus. Romaine, our Salesperson was very knowledgable and customer focused. The dealership felt more welcoming than the dealer of the German brand I traded in and I immediately feel part of the Lexus family.
