If i could give them zero stars I would! The sales manager was very rude and wasn't interested in us as potential buyers. We had a check ready to give them and they wouldn't negotiate AT ALL. Probably wanted me to in house finance so they could rip me off some more! They were asking 14000 for the car, they wouldn't budge saying that because summer time was coming and it was a drop top the price was going to go up. What a joke! They went online and put the price up to 15000. A week later back down to 14000. They said they could easily get 13000 from the auction. I know better I've been to plenty and you most definitely could not get that! The car has been sitting there for months. I'm really glad I didn't buy because I found a wonderful deal elsewhere! I will never do business with this dealership and recommend that you don't either!

Wendy Egles, Service Consultant is consistently wonderful to work with! She is knowledgeable, caring, and the kind of person you wish was your next door neighbor! Her attention to details, focus on exceptional service and developing a relationship is a HUGE reason why we continue to use Lexus service department. Wendy should be a coach/trainer... but then I would miss her at the service department!

We also want to give KUDOS to the men who did the headlight restoration on my SC430! Baby car looks brand new now!

If you want to feel appreciated as a customer this is the dealership for you! We purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Lexus of Nashville in August of 2019. We were impressed with the inventory, the dealership environment and our salesman Greg Williams. They even have refreshments if you are so inclined. Greg was very professional, patient, kind and knowledgeable. Greg and Remon Eissa's (finance person) excellent customer service skills made it a pleasure to purchase a vehicle from them and the Lexus dealership. Greg even delivered the car to us, as we live an hour away from the dealership. The personal delivery made us feel very appreciated as a customers. The only negative thing I have to say is the detailing people did not do a very good job cleaning the interior as promised. There were things that should have been wiped down as they were very easily seen. However we really liked Greg, he did a great job, and we love our vehicle. I would recommend Lexus of Nashville to purchase a new or used vehicle.

I live 100 Miles away so customer service means the world to me. Service Writer Alex O'Brian kept me posted during the whole process and was always very polite. He made sure my car got washed and made sure I had a full tank of gas (for free). Everyone there made us feel very comfortable. Only gave them 4 Stars because I had to wait 2 weeks to bring my car in due to loaner car availability.

The salesperson I dealt with was Lewis BeCoats, he is a consumate professional while being personnable. Even though I was buying an inexpensive used car, this was the best car sales experience in my 55 years. The entire staff was great, you would have thought I was buying a 100K dollar Lexus. The most professional group I have ever encountered. I wish I could give Lewis and Lexus of Nashville 10 stars.

My service adviser Jason Jenkins and the service Manager Zack Miller took great care of me and worked with me on the vehicle as far as getting the repairs done in a timely manner, and offered a loaner vehicle multiple times. They kept me informed, and worked quick and efficiently. Completely satisfied with these two team members.

Lexus of Nashville off Rosa Parks Blvd is the worst dealership by far we have encountered!!! Don't be fooled!!! We went there thinking since it was a "Lexus" dealership it would be a reputable dealership . Definitely not the case. My husband traded his prestige like new and very well kept 2012 Lexus IS250 for a 2011 Ford F-150 King ranch truck with eco boost only 2 months ago. He asked for a warranty. They told him it didn't have one. The check engine light just came on. I contacted the dealership. They said there was nothing they could do. They could not even diagnose the truck, and that they know no more about a Ford F-150 than a Ford dealership knows about a Lexus. He also said that we bought it 2 months ago so anything could happen. Well a couple that gets married 2 months is still fairly new right?! Moving in a home 2 months ago is fairly new right?! So we feel the same way about the truck. Only owning it for 2 months it's still new to us and the check engine light should not come on. It makes you question how do they do "point inspection" if they don't know anything about Fords. So we took the Ford to a Ford dealership. They said the truck needed a complete tune up it had never been "tuned up". So much for the inspection right Lexus? Also, the Eco boost needed a part and a new coil. After trading in a perfect car in excellent condition 2 months ago we have to sink $1,000.00 dollars into the truck we bought from this dealership. Be very aware that codes that cause the check engine light can be cleared long enough to sell a vehicle. Not only that, but no apology or offer to rectify the piece of junk they sold us not even half. Just because the sign says "Lexus" dealership doesn't mean they are reputable. They do not stand behind their vehicles they sale. Here's an update. Took Ford to Ford dealership on Saturday after $1000 fix we picked up the Ford F-150 on Monday June 20th 2016. Today June 23rd 2016, the check engine light is on again! This dealership is a crock of crap, and that's what they sale used!

Was having difficult starting my RX350, took it into the service department last night, was called this morning with the diagnostic and repair cost. which I approved, and picked it up 30 minutes later! Unbelievable! Kevin, the Service Rep did a great job getting the work done on my car so quickly! Fantastic customer service from Romaine Clue - I'm a 3rd-time Lexus buyer and Romaine was by far the best rep I've worked with. He was nice, funny, friendly, and non-pressuring when I asked to compare a couple models at the Cool Springs store. He was patient and worked with me all day. Finally, after he was off work, he stayed longer just to show me all the software and safety features and make sure I could operate them on my own. If I could afford (or use) a whole fleet of Lexus cars, I'd buy them all from Romaine!

I had a great experience with purchasing a new vehicle!!!!
Brian was awesome and did an excellent job. I actually called in to the dealership on a Friday and Brian met me in Jackson, TN on Monday to bring me my new car.!!!
When I called in and asked for a sales person I was connected with Brian and told him that I had been to a Lexus dealership and they were not willing to work the deal that I wanted. Brian asked me to take some pics of my vehicle and that he would be looking for me and that I could look online as well. I looked and Saturday and contacted Brian and told him that I was not opposed to a car, I had told him a RX 350 in the beginning. I saw the most gorgeous vehicle online on Saturday and I sent Brian a text to get more info on the vehicle. We texted back and forth a few times on Saturday and Sunday and told me that he would be working on it and would get back with me on Monday. Brian called me on Monday morning and by Monday afternoon we were making plans for me to get the vehicle. I never thought that the process of buying online/over the phone could be so great!!! Brian worked hard to get what I asked for and answered any questions that I had. Brian was just as professional and outgoing in person as he was on the phone!!!
Brian has continued to stay in contact and answer any questions on my new vehicle.
Brian made the process very easy and I couldn t have asked for more. Brian definitely goes above and beyond and if I am ever in the market for another vehicle I will without a doubt reach out to Brian Stanley again!!!
Also there was another Bryan that did my paperwork and he was very nice and thorough and answered all my questions as well!!!
Brian Stanley thank you so much for your awesome customer service and I absolutely love my 2021 Lexus ES 350!!!!!

I can't speak to the sales experience, but I have brought my 2004 gx470 into the service department on multiple occasions and have experienced excellent customer service, communication and overall treatment. I am usually set up with a loaner vehicle, I am informed truthfully what is going on with the maintenance item being worked on, and have even been comp'd different items if the work took longer than expected or if it was a simple fix. Marko has been my main point of contact on multiple occasions and he takes great care of me from start to finish. I definitely trust the service department here to take great care of my vehicle and will continue taking my vehicle here until I am proven otherwise.

I am truly disgusted by the actions and stance thi...

I am truly disgusted by the actions and stance this dealership is taking with my purchase of a used 2019 Lexus RCF. They were not upfront and truthful with regard to the condition of this vehicle. The vehicle was partially painted and it was not disclosed, the paint used was not an exact match to the OEM paint. I purchased this vehicle based upon numerous conversations I had with the dealership and the few pictures they sent me, I live in California. I have an open case with BBB, reference BBB CASE#: 37181564 and will proceed to litigation if necessary. The dealership should do the right thing and cover the cost of the paint to be fixed, however they are refusing to at this point. I will not buy from this dealership again and would recommend others don't, they operate in their best interest and not the best interest of their customers. I own 4 High End very expensive Lexus performance vehicle and grown accustomed to the excellence in the product and the dealerships I have dealt with in California, this same level of excellence is not present here at Lexus of Nashville. They have a second dealership, Cool Springs Lexus. Extremely disappointed with this dealership, their stance and what they will sacrifice to save a few $$.

Wow, I sit here in awe of my new purchase at Lexus of Nashville. My 2021 GX 460 is a dream machine. I was treated fairly, with patience and straight talk. Very nice dealership with easy access. The customer lounge is well stocked and I would compare it to the first class lounge of an airline. There is coffee, soda, hot water and there where cinnamon rolls when I walked by. Very clean, nice bathrooms. All in all, a first rate, top shelf facility.

Went in to look at a $7000 used car and got first class treatment like I was buying a new Lexus. Lewis in sales and Ramon the finance manager were very friendly and helpful, especially with financing. Got brand new floor mats in a 9 year old car without asking, and a ride after dropping off my rental. Great coffee too.

My experience with Lexus of Nashville, was the BEST car buying experience, EVER! Pam Michaud was my sales associate and she is hands down the BEST. She worked with me for several days prior to me making the purchase. She was so helpful,knowledgeable,honest and made me feel like she had know me her entire life. Julia Robertson did my financing on the transaction and she was EXCELLENT! I highly recommend this dealership and these two ladies for a great car buying experience.

I cannot say enough how amazing this entire experience was all because of Romaine Clue! If you go to Lexus ask for him personally. From the beginning- we set an appointment to test drive just to see what we have with Lexus as an option, he was not pushy he was so nice and knowledgeable just all about the facts not any of the weirdness and pressure. Anyways, a month later after dealing with me calling and texting a thousand times and changing my mind about leasing vs purchase etc etc he gets me the perfect GX with all the bells and whistles. It was not even stressful, he made it perfect and easy for us. And i know I m not the only one that loves this man because another customer brought him a whole cheesecake for his upcoming birthday! And honestly i will also be sending a gift because he is that great of a professional that you will appreciate. They definitely take care of their customers and treat them well. The employees were all very nice, helpful, and respectful. My advisor (Wendy Egles) listened to what I had to say and informed me on what they could do for me. I'm very satisfied with my visit, all the way from Clarsville. Lexus of Nashville will be my go to Lexus dealer, and for that they deserve 5 stars. I'm looking forward to my future visit!

This place was awesome. Had seen a used car on their website , emailed them and then the salesman Derrick Wright & I started texting. I explained the situation and they were more than willing to help & work with my friend. We worked out a deal via text & didn't have to sign anything until he was ready to buy. He purchased a 2011 (like new) Hyundai Sonata with only 77k miles on it for the "out the door" price he offered and they didn't charge 1 cent more! They were very nice & NOT pushy at all but the biggest thing that impressed me was they actually worked with my friend & didn't try to either put him in something he couldn't afford or something he didn't want. We WILL be back!! Thank you again Derrick Wright of Lexus of Nashville!!!

Third times a charm! I have been a customer at Lexus of Nashville for the last 5 years and every experience has been top notch, but I was compelled to write a review this time around due to the absolute care and support I received... My guy, Romaine Smith Clue, was incredible to work with and got me an amazing deal on my new vehicle. The quality of Lexus as a company can only be defined as elite and that is exactly who Romaine is as a salesman, and more importantly as a person. He worked with me for months to ensure I got the best deal possible and made me feel so appreciated along the way! I would give 10 stars if I could, Romaine & Lexus of Nashville are fantastic. *Special shout out to Lewis BeCoats whom I worked with previously. The team at Lexus of Nashville does a fantastic job on service repairs and overall customer experience. I had trouble with my vehicle they picked it up for me serviced it and were able to address all my concerns and in a timely fashion were able to return the car to me. Ivan, Steve, Thomas, Matt l, and Ronquez did a fantastic job and keeping me informed of the status of my vehicle. I would recommend anyone that owns a Lexus to consider Lexus of Nashville for your service needs. I purchased my vehicle from Lewis and Jarrell and they did an amazing job presenting the vehicle and being forthcoming with with all the necessary details of the vehicles history. My husband and I were having problems with our GS300 and repairs were just too much for a 2006 model..... we needed another car ASAP!!! We were so blessed to be introduced to sales and leasing consultant Lewis Becoats the 3rd!!! What an awesome experience. He was very professional and knowledgeable and he cared about our needs. He and staff made us feel comfortable and explained everything until we walked out with our New NX Lexus 200. I would recommend anyone to Lexus and have them ask for Mr. Lewis because he treats you like family and I m sure the rest of the staff would do the same.

My key for my Lexus IS300 broke on me this morning, and it was all I could do to start my car. I had an appointment in Nashville today, so I stopped by Lexus of Nashville to see what could be done. I walked in to one of the nicest, cleanest dealerships I have ever seen and made my way to the parts counter. I was greeted by Dalton as soon as I walked up. He was very professional and explained everything very well, and what options were available. I made my decision, paid for my replacement, and within a couple of minutes Dalton had me ready to go. What was a bad situation turned into a pleasant experience. Thanks Lexus and Dalton.

Pushy. I was between a Mercedes and a Lexus and ended up with the former. I just couldn't get over their pushy sales tactics. I wanted the numbers to compare but was told "we can't give numbers first because the first person to do that always loses". Looks like they lost anyway.

Came in looking to get Derrick, but instead got Emilio. Worst sales experience ever. Said not a word during the entire test drive, and gave the typical hardball sales tactics. They want to do "no haggle pricing" on the new car yet offered $4000 lower for my trade than Carmax. Took hours to finalize the paperwork. Carmax did it in 40 min. I'm starting to see a pattern in all these bad reviews of how they treat customers and wish I had read them first. My impression was that they simply don't care, and it probably starts from the top. Giving good service isnt hard. Would never buy from here again nor recommend.

More importantly the salesman, Marcos Santana, whom guided me through the process went above and beyond to provide me with every detail I asked him. The buying process was smooth and free of haggling. I expected to be pushed into buying a car, however this is a wonderful place to go with great people who are like a family. I would highly recommend this dealership!

I did not give 5 stars just to give five stars. I gave 5 stars because I was treated with the utmost respect, kindness and true professionalism. As a woman, and what is considered in this country as being a minority, for the first time in my life, I came to a dealership where everyone... Everyone treated me with the utmost respect and sincere kindness. I have visited other dealerships prior to that day and with each one maybe one person treated me the same way. However, someone else who worked for the dealership was not as kind or professional or respectful or any of those things that is necessary to encourage a customer to speak highly of them and to be a repeat customer. I love Lexus of Nashville. Like, Chick-fil-A or Publix oh, there are some principles obviously put in place to treat people the way you want to be treated. Thank you Lexus of Nashville for making my experience purchasing or trading in a vehicle, like walking into Paradise! Hats off to my sales rep, Greg! Honestly? Every dealership, and there were quite a few, that I visited needs to get their training of true customer service from Lexus of Nashville.
