I live in Franklin, Tn and drive past Lexus of CoolSprings to have my GX worked on there in Metro Center. Every one goes out of there way to help me. Friendly, & courteous my only complaint would be that they need to take over the dealer ship closer to my house so i don't have to drive quit so far.
